Don’t join waste of money customer service is horrendous never reply. They give you false information till you sign up then your stuck in a contract for a year they say its a monthly contract and that you can leave at anytime but what they don’t say is this would be at a cost!!! only time they decided too respond was when they wasn’t getting payment this then escalated to non-stop threatening harassment messages even when i replied too the threats again I still got no reply’s I just want them gone I don’t want any contact I’m sick of waiting for the apparent amazing customer service they claim they have

The ASA have found against this company several times over misleading advertising that hid terms locking you into a 12 month contract. They have also been found liable for not allowing a cooling off period of 14 days to be upheld, as is a consumers rights. They also threaten legal action and adverse credit if you stop paying. They are threatening and not pleasant. Steer clear. There are enough decent apps and companies without falling victim to this sub standard company. Their advice is shoddy at best and you'd do better googling advice and watching YouTube than pay this shambles any money.

Please research their 12 month contract terms. It’s not made clear and this is cemented by the amount of negative online press received on the topic. I myself fell foul. The service is okay but many of the key functionalities are available for free on other apps.

I didn’t realise this was a 12 month contract I was being nosey as I loved Richie and his straight up talking. Unfortunately when I tried to cancel I realised it was a 12 month contract so I did reach out but no response so I gave it ago. Although it looks like it could be good I wasn’t invested enough as I care for my mum and dad and had some very horrible family heartaches just don’t have the time or energy right now. I’m now receiving threatening emails to pay and telling me it will effect my credit score and add more money on I would like to resolve this if team RH would please respond to me I can’t afford extra added on I’ve enough going on without any more stress coming my way.

When you are on every Facebook ad slagging slimming world of and going into every detail you forgot the biggest detail of your own business. You never advertise that you are stuck in a 12 month contract , if people knew this you wouldn’t have people sign up ! . Then you say after look at the small print ! . You lure people in and promise them that is this best etc when you just con people ! Absolutely awful company and this is not the way you do business ! Threatening emails , you all should be ashamed the way you treat your customers .

con artists! bully boy tactics threatening debt collection!!! somehow claiming that i entered a 12 month contract but i deleted the app after a day, so under 14 days should be able to cancel. in addition the 12 month term was NOT clear. do not use this company.
i’ve also discovered they have been reprimanded by the advertising standards agency for misleading advertising, most recently was october 2025!!! why haven’t you taken that onboard and made your advertising clearer as instructed!

Joined Team RH last year after seeing Richie’s TikToks and liking his no nonsense attitude to weight loss. I was happy with the app and found that I could easily use it to track my calories and weight loss, I did stop using after a few months as I found that I could use my fitness pal to track my calories much easier and that I wasn’t a fan of weighing myself everyday so stopped using in December after joining around this time last year (April). I was recently going through my banking and getting rid of unwanted subscriptions, I cancelled the Team RH direct debit after being unable to find anything on the app or website that would allow me to cancel. - a week later, I got an email stating - URGENT BREACH OF CONTRACT WITH TEAM RH, as I had cancelled the direct debit, with a video from Richie explaining why. I didn’t know I was in a 12 month contract, I’m not sure I would have joined if I did. Anyway, I paid the £15 remaining so they don’t send debt collectors after me - this was in the email. Perhaps if they explained that I was in a 12 month contract on the app when I was looking for how to cancel, I could have saved myself an email, a way of preventing it from auto renewing for over 12 months maybe? A way to pay the full amount for the 12 months upfront?

Scam app. A 12-month no-refund contract was not mentioned at the time of purchase. The app itself is poor. It doesn't integrate well with smart devices and is basically just used for tracking calories, all of which need manual adding. Samsung Health is far superior and free, and also integrates with Galaxy Watch for automatic tracking. Don't be fooled by Team Scam RH. Basically, it's a total scam that I'm locked into paying £9 a month for the next 11 months.

I had a check in with coach Liam and have to say it was honest, professional and so knowledgeable. This helped me to keep focused and continue towards my goals. I have also had couple of other coaches too who were equally fab. The targeted support, information reels and last but not least the RH App, have taught this life long yo-yo dieter, so much about the quality and balance of what I eat in order to be healthy and still remain in calorie deficit. I actually believe with this support I can achieve my goals. Thank you team x

Worst customer service ever I joined Jan and not less than 24hr I wanted to cancel I've sent numerous emails without a response . discussing. I've now started going through trading standards

They are not even worth the 1 star. I had to subscribe to open and look at the app. I found it to confusing to use compared to some others so cancelled. I was threatened with bailiffs if I did not pay the full year. I am still not convinced my account is cancelled. I would not recommend them at all and scary bullying tactics I have and will not ever use the app and would not recommend to anyone to download for a look.

Followed the plan now for over a year. Lost 2.5 stone, still been able to eat nice foods every now and again which has helped me stick to it. I feel I have a better understanding of nutrient dense food and overall a better relationship with food. Still have a long way to go but would highly recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a scam!!! I cancelled the subscription less than a week in, they have continued to take TWO subscription payments A MONTH. I have contacted them to cancel how they recommend as you are unable to talk to someone and they have ignored this on numerous occasions and still continue to bill me.

The company responds very quickly if you want to cancel, but the 7-days-a-week “fantastic customer service” they advertise and sell as part of their membership does not exist. I initially contacted them requesting advice on logging food, but received no response. After waiting with no assistance, I decided to cancel my membership.

Because they failed to respond to my initial query and block my cancellation, I believe the company is in breach of contract. I have now formally disputed this account through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

I also want to warn others: if you have issues, it may be worth taking it further, as this company has previously been contacted by Trading Standards regarding the ambiguity of their contracts.

downloaded the app expecting to have some coaching alongside to help with weight loss- i reached out after the 21 day period to ask for help and advice and to review the calories i had been given, heard nothing, emailed twice more still nothing, so i cancelled. now getting threating letters. They did not provide what they promised.

As a life-long Slimming World member and a desperate Mounjaro user, both of which I lost weight on and then re-gained pretty much straight away, I have finally found my answer. A sustainable, healthy way to lose weight and keep it off! Lost nearly a stone in 5 weeks, not as fast as I'm used to but for once I'm not starving and I'm giving my body what it needs without any worries of re-gain! Thanks Team RH.

Join 10th January tried to cancel on the 21st of January, this was within their 14 day cooling off period.
I did cancel the direct debit myself.
To date I have not had a reply.
All I'm getting is threatening emails demanding money.
Very unprofessional.
In total I've sent 8 responses to the threatening emails and getting nowhere.
My advice is to avoid

Asked to change my bank details. Sent the new ones
Told to click link to update! No chance! Payment due 1st April. Now logged me and blocked me
Team RH u owe me money i believe. I paid up till 1st April. I did not cancel my DD without notifying u first and giving new.details
Whistle for your money now

Don't fall for the scam. They are intentionally concealing the fact this is a 1 year contract. They don't reply to messages other than to threaten you with legal action.

Look at the findings of the Advertising Standards Authority.

I've reported them to Trading Standards.
