I ordered 4 Teacrates, then added 2 more. These were to pack away the stuff, books, pictures, ornaments, glass & crystal to allow the clearance of our largest room to be decorated & lay a new carpet. Delays with the decorator and a Covid extra week, before the carpet was laid, just added the extra weeks to the costs which remained very affordable.
Pickup from the Curdworth (Birmingham) Depot was straightforward. Paul, who helped me then was also there to help book the crates back in. He was let down by the printer but went the extra mile to email the confirmation of returns and proof of collections to me. Rob McGonigle.

We recently rented 60 crates from phs Teacrate for our move to new offices and don't know how we would have managed without them. The whole process from ordering to return was seamless and a discounted rental rate for charities was an added bonus!

This morning 10/12, we have received the best delivery service, I dare say, ever.
Paul and Alex were both extremely helpful. They have offered us their help although I suppose they are not required to go to such extent as carrying over a 1000 boxes a bit of a distance to our storage unit in the back of the office.
They were extremely polite and have carried out their job faultlessly.

Really excellent service, the team at Teacrate work very quickly and the quality of their crates are also top-notch (we had a lot of expensive IT kit in ours so this counts for a lot!).
