Amazing Team! Whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. We have been known to be a picky couple but they were always patient with us. Me and my now 'Fiancé' loved the results of all 3 ring designs along with the lovely little touches along the way. Shout out to Emily in particular. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helped build the perfect ring. The whole team were also very understanding about payments and supported me throughout the process.

Great experience wedding ring shopping with Tayla. Really great customer service and such a lovely experience. She was very patient with us while we went back and forth on lots of different options but in the end we were really pleased with the rings we bought!

Me and my partner had some specific ideas about how we wanted our engagement ring to look and Emily, our wonderful allocated designer, was so accommodating and genuinely determined to make our dream ring a reality. We had multiple conversations spanning email, phone calls - even a zoom call where she listened to our ideas and advised on the best direction to take. We were given references and 3D mockups to review, and at the end of it all we were delivered a ring that is truly exactly what we were looking for.

Thank you for giving us our dream ring. We are so grateful, and I personally can't wait to present it to my (soon to be) fiancé!

Months and months to produce a ring and still no commitment. Do not waste your money, go to a quality provider.

The site is great to navigate with lots of options and customisation. My only issue is that the images on the site do not match the same saturation of the real thing. I was a little disappointed when it arrived as I was expecting the green sapphires to have more colour based on the website images but I'm still happy with it.
The effort put into packaging was really nice.
Pricing was a bit higher than other places but I would still recommend over others due to the selection and quality.

If I could give one star I would. I have been completely messed about by Taylor and Hart. I received my order and wore it for a month. When I asked for a resize I was told that the ring hadn't been made to sufficient quality and needed to be replaced. Would they even have contacted me if I hadn't asked for the resize? Then ensues 5 weeks of complete messing about . Twice they said they were sending the ring and didn't, emails saying I needed to pay for the replacement, emails saying I needed to travel 150 miles to pick up the replacement. It has completely ruined the whole engagement process for me. 10 weeks on I still don't have a ring. I will NEVER use them again and would advise others not to.

Highly recommended. Florencia was very patient, helpful and thorough in developing my ring design, all the way through to completion. Great work Florencia and goldsmiths! My now fiancée loves the ring.

The only let down (let a star for this) was the logistics team efforts and delays in delivering the ring on time.

After visiting the offices in Bank for both an engagement ring, and wedding rings, I can say that the level of service, care, and attention is second to none.

The team make the whole process incredibly smooth, and listen to your opinions and choices, and cater to your wishes. They explained different diamond choices, and gave choices at various levels up to your budget (not just offering you the most expensive one).

Highly recommend them, especially Aline, and Michelle, who were excellent through the journey.

Truly a great experience! For someone who had no idea what they were doing the support I was offered by all the staff, especially Janaya, was exceptional! Plus, the ring was perfect and most importantly, she said yes!

Emily was incredibly helpful in helping select a diamond and to order ring. The ring arrived promptly and looks fantastic.

I have found Taylor and Hart online in a list of recommended shops for buying engagement ring.

I found a couple of rings and diamonds that fits my needs in their website, and I have scheduled a consultation session with them to understand more about the process. The next available session is around a week later.

Janaya is my advisor, and she is really patient and helpful to walk me through some options and how to choose an engagement rings. She answered all my questions, helped me to judge what ring size is the best (she uses her great experience to make a judgement from a photo, & they offer re-sizing service). I decided to order and pay the same night.

It takes around 28 days for the process, and there are emails to let you know the process.

On the day of collection, staffs are kind and show me the ring, telling me some after-sale processes (e.g. re-sizing, insurance).

All in all, I am happy to go with Taylor & Hart for buyinh my engagement ring.
