Great authentic products. Had a delay on my second order from the company but they informed me straight away. Things go wrong but it’s how you deal with it is what matters. Great customer service. Definitely recommend

Great product and prompt delivery

Service was prompt, though the delivery people didn't leave with a neighbour because we were out. Given the weight of the parcel and the fact that neighbours were watching, this was accedptable.

Called by firm as a couple of items were not in stock. Refund and delivery first thing next morning. Many thanks - all pasta packets and contents came in perfect condition.

First let me be clear that the product was very well packaged. I ordered gluten free ladies fingers to make a tiramisu and they arrived unbroken. The reason I have marked the company down is that I order the product before 10am on Friday for next day delivery. The product wasn’t shipped until Monday meaning it didn’t arrive intime for me to use for the staff fuddle. This means the product is sat now in my pantry and I had to whip something else up.

Another perfect delivery of gluten free Grisbi biscuits. Arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. Thank you.

All the products arrived when promised including an extra treat.
However the way they were packaged was appalling, the box was far too big with gaping holes at each end that had been roughly taped together. One box of tea was crushed and a tub of tahini was dented (luckily not cracked). I have no problem with using pre loved boxes but this was a bit nuts. Even the delivery driver commented on it and I'm surprised all the items were still in there. Ironically there was a note inside saying who it was 'carefully' packed by!
The packaging is the only reason I would hesitate before ordering again.

Overall great , room for improvement with postal fees and fact that better products can go out of stock although overall I’m happy that I can buy vegan Italian goods via this site.

Have ordered from them twice. Easy to navigate website. Orders arrive promptly and well packaged. My husband has been enjoying the little treats popped in!
