Good efficient service
Engineer called to confirm he was on route and gave an ETA. Fault was verified in front of the engineer who was able to diagnose quickly and set about the repair. Total down time was less than 1hr so great job.

Five Stars again for Candice
I wanted to recognise Candice for another outstanding service visit. She arrive exactly when expected, communicated clearly throughout, and immediately remembered the details of her previous visit, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. Most importantly, the work she carried out last time has made a genuine difference. Our water still tastes excellent, which speaks volumes about the quality of her work and attention to detail. Candice is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clearly take pride in what she does. She is a wonderful ambassador for Zip Water, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. I am pleased with the new tap but did…
I am pleased with the new tap but did say to engineer it was a lot noisier than my old one. I would have thought it would be a lot quieter than it is as supposed to be an up to date model. He said he would report it back but I haven’t heard anything
