Basically my order just never turned up. No explanation. No refund yet......
Not worth the hassle

I’ve used these guys many times before and never had an issue. I still don’t to be fair, but what I don’t like is radio silence.

I’ve recently ordered 3 boxes of 24 cocktails. Each one was delivered in less than secure packing - the bottom was about to collapse on each one and the cardboard seems much poorer quality than they used to use. I took a photo, emailed it to point out the poor quality and the risk it poses, but have heard nothing back. No apology, or thanks for letting us know, just nothing.

Disappointing from a company I thought actually cared.

I bought some cocktails in August and forgot to review. There was a slight hiccup with about 7 cocktails ( I bought a 24 pack). They sent me the whole 24 pack again for free. The issue was resolved quickly and they had great customer service

I have used this company on many occasions. As per other reviews I did have a problem with delivery however I found the customer service understanding and all was sorted.

They have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and the "Shop" payment gateway failed to update my new delivery address. I emailed the company asking them to update the address and my email tracker showed that by 9.30 am the next day that they had not read my email. I tried in vain from 9 am until 10 am to reach them by phone. I finally reached a receptionist and directed her to my email where the correct address was clearl written inb bold blue font and asked her to amend the order. She or the shipping department got the entire address wrong despite my emailing them the right address and I have been trying all morning for the 2nd morning in succession to reach them by phone and I cannot get an answer, yet they adverise their opening hours as 9 am through to 5pm Monday to Friday. They are infuriatingly incompetent, haven't a clue how to treat customers or get people's address right, they can't be bothered to answer the phone and when they do they still don't get it right despite you labouring any amendments needed, as clearly as possible to their casll handler. I will never ever show with them again because my shopping experience has been such a negative one that my stress level in the process of trying to order a gift to be sent to someone has been completely ruined and the inconvenience caused is just not worth it. Utterly useless and a complete and utter waste of time and energy. I cannot believe the sheer incompetence of this company and the email address on their website is not the one they check because I asked why my emailwas not opened and the female IO spoke with said they have another email address and when I directed he to the one i sent she finally saw that mine was one of several unopened that had been sent to that address which was sales@.... - my advice - shop elsewhere, you will not have a pleasant shopping experience with this company. I am really annoyed and I will be reporting them to tradfing standards if my order failes to arrive and I can't get through to them to get refund. I will also report them to my bank and action a chargeback with the fraud department. I will be steering well clear of this company in future. Awful company. Truly awful.

I placed an order for £50.25 and paid £73.74!!
Paying by Apple Pay the delivery address was incorrect, from that point everything became my problem with absolutely no customer service or support. I placed a 2nd order to ensure a timely delivery to the correct destination paying £63.99. I returned the original order and was refunded the cheaper of the order values. (Maybe if someone cared they would have understood the situation)
Trying to correct the original order, I telephoned the customer service team 4 times and it was never answered. Responses to emails were delayed and very lacking in any support. After this event I summarised my experience in an email and hoped for an acknowledgement, but nothing, radio silence!!!!

Amazing cocktails delivered straight to your door. Everyone at our event bbq party commented on how nice the selection we got was

We have bought online a few times and purchased bottles when we have found them locally, any issues we may have had online were dealt with very quickly and above expectations not that we have had many, only the once!
The reason for the review now is because some of the new flavours are stunning. Not a personal fan of the cans (not strong enough) but the bottles are wonderful.
The new salted caramel colada sounds unusual but it is blooming amazing.
