good taste

Everything was so good except the red Melted Imli , I think after packaging it took time to get deliver here so it was spoiled & very bad in taste . Rest all things are very good , i loved it.
It took me to my old school days.

I was having issue with payment bcoz…

I was having issue with payment bcoz firstly I chosw COD then after 2-3 days I paid money online and then delivery partner when brought my order he asked me for cash and then I gave him cash so I paid twice for my order. So I want my one time money back

In some cases, tamarind naturally has a strong tangy aroma, which can be mistaken for spoilage—but what you’re describing is not the experience we aim for.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, this was my first and the last with Tangy Shop. Extremely poor customer service. To start with the helpline numbers given on the website, nobody answers. I had to call more then 10 times until someone finally answered. The number given for WhatsApp chat ....no body bothered to reply even once till now . Even after paying the full amount through razor pay , I had to give the same amount to the delivery guy because apparently the staff at Tangy Shop were not able to help me with the same . Basically I paid twice for my order due to their system failure. Thats not how you create a good image. This was total Harrasment . Me being a customer had to call the team so many times , and then I had to ask repeatedly for a refund as I paid twice ....and then had to call several times to get a confirmation of the same Via Email. Why create a Hype on social media when you cant even take your potential customers seriously. The most disappointing and disgusting customer service I have ever come across. I will never recommend anyone buying from Tangy Shop. Even if this feedback is deleted, I have other platforms as well to make people aware. Shameful experience.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced and we completely understand your frustration.

Here is what happened: Your order was shipped as a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, with the remaining balance of ₹269 to be collected at the door. However, while the order was already out for delivery, you paid the remaining balance online through our website. At that point, there was no way for us to inform the courier or update the shipment from COD to prepaid — the order was already with the delivery agent and on its way to you.

Because the courier's system still showed the order as COD unpaid, the delivery agent collected the amount at the door as well, resulting in a double payment. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and we take full responsibility for not having a clear warning in place to prevent this.

We have refunded the duplicate payment and are now working on removing the online payment option for orders that are already out for delivery, so no other customer goes through this.

We are sorry for the multiple calls it took to get this resolved — you deserved a much smoother experience. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

Poor quality of the products

Poor quality of the products. No expiry date mentioned. Chocolate quality is worst. I will never recommend this to anyone.The things shown in video are not in reality.Totally wastage of time and money.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Tangy Shop.
After placing the order, there was zero communication from your side regarding delivery. No calls, no updates. It took 16 days for the order to arrive, which is completely unacceptable.
What’s worse, tracking showed that the parcel was sitting in Bareilly for the last 8 days, yet no one attempted delivery. This clearly shows poor coordination and lack of responsibility.
This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional and highly unreliable service. Not recommended at all.

They don’t deliver me while i was calling them for 4-5 days
They lied again and again by saying it will be done in 1-4 hour daily
& one of the delivery boy
Told me that it will come in car
It is too big ( what a joke )
After this harassment i personally picked parcel from their office that was 8-10 km away from my home

Incomplete order

Incomplete order. Useless staff, uneducated staff who don’t know how to address a problem.
Ordered 2 pack of rola cola and got two sticks than pack priced at ₹4 each they charged ₹40 against two packs. Import costs hence the ₹4 stick costs ₹20 wish i could have attached the product pic with price difference n order placed pics.

Staff accusing making fun of the point being raised. Staff Said there’s no senior dealing for Indian branch they are in canada 👏🏼.

I got review reply and here is my update on the reply i received. I cannot attach the picture of the product here due to unavailability to add an attachment.

1- The price i paid is Rs 40 for 2 sticks. I have ordered two packets not sticks. I marked an email too with the product picture whre it clearly shows Rs 4 per stick so 2^4 = Rs 8 (not 40 which i was charged). Where are the rest products worth Rs 32??
Where are the rest products - send me the prdoducts or refund the balance Rs. 32. (this was my question to your staff. so your staff said 1 stick cost Rs 20 not Rs 4 (printed amount).I attached picture of thr rola cola stick i received 2 stick with Rs 4 printed on it than 2 packets.

How can you charge higher than the printed amount?

Don't you have a line hierarchy to address the complaints where the junior staff is acting smart to not place the refund to the customer. Dont you have any mechanism to check the emails yourself as a main owner of the business?
I am okay to speak to you guys even if you are in Canada. Arrange a call back so i can make my point clear to you.

Failing this i am Moving court with this now that you people charge more than MRP printed on the product. Harrasment and misbehaviour of the staff. What was told to the staff is also updated same way on trustpilot.
