One of my employees was having difficulty connecting to the printer. I called tech support and asked if they could call the shop to talk him through getting connected. The tech called the shop, got my guy connected and sent an email letting me know the issue was resolved. Great service.

Lots of flaws in the system. Constantly have to reenter data. The data is incorrect frequently. The system lacks perks that other programs offer. The system is extremely slow to load on the ipads.

Terrible customer service...I’ve been charged for fees and equipment that sat for months due to availability to install...once installed continue to have problems which hurt our operations to the point customers walked out!

Simple and Straight to the point. Minimal effort for major impact

We can’t say enough about the excellent support we receive from Talech. We don’t have problems very often but when we do, we get immediate phone support and a quick resolution. Probably more tech savvy clients could solve these problems on their own, but our staff needs someone to walk them through the steps. Talech staff are knowledgeable and get us back up and running in minutes.

Just to difficult at times for transactions and returns. Frustrating

I like this product , however i do have a few issues with it. Some updates sound good in theory, however when put into everyday use are frustrating. The system times out even when you are actively working in it. You wont know that it has timed out, until you are done and go to save the item you are entering, you then have to start all over entering the item.
You can not delete off a store credit.

Not sure if this a review of my POS Talech system or recent customer service activity or for NxGen or Elavon
It's very hard to get concise or clarification for anything. My local rep is not versed on my system or anything. He is a part time rep. I have quite a few questions. I have not reached out because it's always been an ordeal in the past.
Seems like a broken un-transparent system

Talech is great, we have been using them at our restaurant for a couple years now and we love their POS and service.

Waited for over two weeks to get a response on MAJOR time sensitive payment issues. We were unable to process payment during our busiest days of the year. Our business was dramatically hurt by Talech.

We have been with talech going on 5 years and no, they have not been perfect, we didn’t pay for perfection, we paid for someone who was willing to continue to design the software to meet the needs of their customers. They have done that and continue to do that and that is why we have stayed with them and will continue to as long as we are in business. Their customer service wanes from time to time but they have some great reliable go to people and in the end our problems are always solved.

A complete failure time and time again. They are actively damaging my relationships with my clients by sending them unauthorized emails 3-4 in as many minutes every day now. They lied about fixing it, so I assured my clients it was done with. They then lied about a work around, and now they tell me they don't know when it will be fixed. They made me a liar to my clients, and it's not the first time.

If you want an average POS system, Talech is 'OK'. They aren't going to do many updates and their features are going to be limited. They get the basic job done but are nothing special.

Horrible customer service. Glitchy software.
