My dresses have always arrived right on time, beautifully packaged. I received so many compliments at the events I have been too and felt incredible without spending a fortune. Pheobe’s customer service is honestly the best! I was unsure of sizes so she kindly sent two dresses to help me decide. I can’t imagine another business being so accommodating! I love renting from Taitero, never fails to disappoint. The service is second to none and the whole process is so easy. I have also sent my own dresses to be rented out and just get money in my bank account every month instead of having my dresses gather dust! Cannot recommend enough!

Extremely quick and easy service. Great idea to offer a try on. We initially couldn’t find a dress in stock, so decided to hire. Couldn’t have been easier. Dress came the next day for a try on and we then booked for the dates required. Highly recommended.

It came on time and Phoebe was so helpful with any questions I had.
I got so many compliments on the day and I felt so special in the dress. Such a great idea instead of purchasing something I’ll never wear again and so affordable!

10/10 service. Spoke with the owner directly on multiple occasions to organise the rental of a dress. She sent measurements, gave advice and provided additional images on request. Dress arrived a day before my rental date and returning was super easy. Overall was a high level tailored service, like online personal shopping. Would highly recommend and rent again from here.
