The relationship with our amazing team in Bangladesh comes from our experiences on seeing how terrible workers can be treated when companies put pressure on them to create large scale fast fashion orders. We felt that things can always be done just and fairly. This compelled us to start our own small scale factory where women's needs were at the forefront. Women should always have a choice and be heard, because ultimately every women has different needs and struggles. I wont recommend
Product doesn’t match description.
Description said model 5'8", dress was midi length. Where I m 5'3" and dress just crossed my knee! I didn’t order petit size as I like my dress longer.
Quality is poor comparing the price.
And biggest issue is unlike the big retailers customers need to pay delivery charge and return charge which is around 10 pound. This is ridiculous! Why Does anyone need to pay 10 pound to try on your low quality dress!

We provide individual length measurements for each dress in the description to ensure that customers can check the measurement for their height before purchasing. Our models have a variety of body shapes so it is safer to check the specific length of the dress on yourself.
We understand you would like to try on items for free, unfortunately at the moment our returns are not free. We hope to be able to provide this service in the future!

The dress was as pictured. Good quality, lovely colour. Only issue is the material creases like crazy, I drove to my destination which was 10 mins away and when I got out of the car the whole dress was horribly creased, it wasn’t flattering

Pretty dress, good service!
Very happy with my order! I purchased the Zulma dress - It was delivered quickly and the dress is gorgeous. It fits well without being too tight, and is fun and flirty whilst still a little modest (which can be hard to find nowadays!). I also like that the material is not see through so don't have to wear anything extra underneath. Overall no complaints from me :)

Poor quality
Very cheap material; it was nothing, as it shows on the website, overpriced. The dress was not worth more than £20. I think Shein provides better quality at a cheaper price. Very disappointed. I would not recommend it to anyone. On top of that, there was no free delivery. I had to return it. Their refund process was quick.

We would like to offer the best price point for all our customers during these times, however as we are not a fast fashion brand we create less pieces to ensure we can always pay fair wages to all the people working in our product chain to create our dresses. This means when purchasing one of our dresses you are directly contributing to a fair pay for all the people involved in making your dress.
