The product and quality were great. Design provided through website was validated in less than 10 minutes of placing the order. The expedited option with the respective date of delivery was the only disappointing portion. The expedited portion was set to deliver and used for a time-sensitive event. The date of order was 27 FEB with an expected date of delivery 31 FEB. The tablecloth did not arrive until 04 FEB (date of event passed). I would highly recommend the products but would not have utilized the expedited processing option on future orders.

Perfect shopping experience. These table throws are excellent quality. The color is perfect and the printing on the front is first-rate. All this and they were shipped within 4-5 days.

Ordering a custom table cover has never been easier.

While this is my first time ordering a custom printed product for an event, the process was simple and the easy. Receiving a proof for approval and waiting for response was a change from other companies not giving that option. And love how quick of a response I received when they noticed the print required a higher resolution. While I did go with the cheaper material and is slightly see-through, it doesn't take away from the quality of the print. It is clear and crisp, with bold colors. It arrived well before the guaranteed delivery date by a week. The company will be purchasing more in the future for sure.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a table cloth in navy blue. Our logo is silver, black and royal blue. I was concerned that you would not be able to see the royal blue color on the Navy background, but the proof that they sent me showed the full logo without any issues. When I received my tablecloth in the mail, the blue portions of my table cloth blended into the navy color and was unusable. When I reached out to the company with a copy of the proof that they sent me and a picture of the product I received, they told me that they could redo it for me for half the cost. I told them no, that they misrepresented what I was getting in their proof. I went back and forth with them for about a month. They later said that the proof was fine (even though you could see my entire logo in their proof) and that my complaint was outside of the return period so they were closing the case. BEWARE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recently ordered table covers and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The colors did not match the PMS color I provided, which was critical for my project. While I understand that variations can occur depending on materials and printing processes, the discrepancy was far too significant to overlook.

To make matters worse, the customer service was less than satisfactory. Despite assurances of a refund and return label, the process has been unnecessarily delayed, and communication from the company has been unhelpful.

I had hoped for a much smoother experience and better quality control. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product or the company's service based on my experience.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service from this company. We ordered a custom tablecloth, and they admitted to misprinting it. Initially, they agreed in writing to reprint the item, which gave us hope that the situation would be resolved. However, when we followed up for an update, they suddenly pretended the agreement to reprint never happened.

Since then, we have been shuffled around to various representatives, each offering no real solution or accountability. Weeks have passed, and we still do not have the corrected tablecloth. This lack of professionalism and integrity is unacceptable, especially when we were counting on this product for an important event.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service or reliable follow-through. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

The quality is really bad and the color they print is not what you give them. Terrible customer service that refuses to take any responsibility or help with replacing a bad product.

Poor customer service. The table cover was fine, and the design group worked to find a color to highlight our logo. Sold as khaki, it's more of a butter color, but my issue is with an add-on item.

When checking out they recommended their "carrying bag". For $15 I was expecting a larger bag (to easily fit a table cover after use) and one of higher quality (this is a cheap woven bag similar to those given away at events and trade shows.)

When trying to return it - because it was not worth $15 - I was sent a video on how to use it!!!

After multiple communications asked to return it, I was told "the issue was related to customer operation." Be careful what you order because you'll be stuck with it.
