The website is intuitive and honest...meaning that the colors of the material exactly matched what arrived at my door. The proofs arrived quickly and my cover was precisely what I wanted.

Great price for the quantity of bags. There were some that the logo wasn't printed on very well, about 7% of the order. Once the issue was brought to their attention a great line of communication was opened with a satisfactory solution. Nobody's perfect and sometimes things happen, but they were willing to make things right and that matters a lot to my company and myself. I highly recommend that if there is an issue to call the number on the website.

Great turnaround time and very pleased with product.

Worst experience I sent an order in two weeks ago. They charged me a set price.. I did a reorder of the same exact thing they charged me double and double the shipping. And sad price has changed and there is nothing they will do about it so I have to go to my Customer and tell them the same exact thing they bought two weeks ago. The price has now doubled. Will never use them again.

A couple issues with these liars.
1. I sent in a logo and they shifted the word placement without my request and I did rush accepting the proof and which I didn't notice the placement change. I called a few hours later and was told it is in process already and I said to stop everything and I'll pay for whatever was already used up as far as materials. They said they would do so. They then contact me a day later and they stated everything was completed so they can no longer stop. And would have to charge me $225 for restocking fee of the whole order. I decided I would just use them for my event coming up,

2. Selected express shipping when I checked out online which is supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Paid $280+ for the service. Was told they cannot deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances delaying the construction of the order. Wasn't this supposed to be completed already? They state I selected 2 weeks delivery, but in what world is express delivery $280 and 2 week delivery? They offered to cancel the order but still charge me restocking fee. Then they thought reducing restocking fee of $20 reduction would satisfy me. The audacity of this company lying to get money for their own mistakes. I was going to make a $5k order as well with them next if everything went well but apparently they rather get $225 instead. Too bad for them, a chargeback will fix all of this. Should of paid attention to the reviews.

I ordered a table cover and banner 2 weeks ago. I received an email 10 days ago stating that the product had shipped. Well I check the tracking info because it had not yet arrived. It is still in California. Apparently for 10 days already. So I called the number for help and the lady said I clicked no rush delivery and that it was to arrive on July 24 and since it was already been dropped off for delivery there is nothing that she can do. I need it for a trade show this weekend. Because I clicked on no rush delivery it is going to take another 30 days to get to me. How does this make sense? It doesn't! Go with a local sign and banner company. Web says company based out of Texas so how are my products in California? I do not recommend using this company.

Good quality cloth and print

Ordered a custom table cloth for a government entity. Uploaded the design. Received the table cloth with incorrect spelling. Called them and they said nothing they can do. Apparently if you upload a design, their designers alter it. In this case, the designer altered our design and mispelled the name of the entity. We will not order from them again. We cannot use the table cloth because of their error!! Terrible customer service and company.

I was very impressed with how well the table cover turned out and the high quality with such a quick turnaround. I think that the design process was a little confusing with the proofs, but the team was quick to respond and provide an updated proof. I had approved a design, but a new proof was sent that was different than approved, so it that was a little annoying, but the team was great to get everything figured out.

It was easy peasy to order! The turnaround time was faster than originally quoted so that was a bonus. The quality is fantastic. We are very happy with our personalized purchase.

Tablecoversnow has a very nice website that makes it so easy to design a tablecloth. I simply added my logo, and they did the rest. The tablecloth also came in much sooner than expected.

Better than expected! We needed a table cover for an upcoming marketing event. I had never heard of this company but decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad we did! The process was quick and easy and the product turned out so much better than we even expected!

We used Table Covers Now for years and were very pleased with them until a month ago. I placed an order for a tablecloth with a background. We provided an outlined AI file for the background and an outlined EPS file for the logo. Then for the next month, I worked with them, trying to get the proof right. My original request was for the background pattern to be light in the background (about 10% opacity) with the logo on the front of the tablecloth. Twice they sent a proof that I approved, then the next day someone else would send me a new proof that was incorrect, and I'd have to begin the process of correcting the proof again, because they could not go back to an earlier proof. Multiple times - at least 3 - the background file I provided to them was altered beyond fixing, shapes changed, pattern changed, when all I'd requested was a change to the opacity, and I had to provide the file again. Several times I requested someone call me to get this worked out more quickly, but no one ever would. After a month of this, I asked them to remove the background entirely and just print the logo, which became proof 11. When we received the 3 tablecloths we ordered, we discovered that the turquoise of our logo had been altered to a light blue. We compared the color of the proof we approved to the logo file we provided to them and discovered it wasn't the same color - my mistake for not checking it after all the back and forth, I'd been too fixated on the background pattern and only checked the logo for spelling and placement. The color was close enough I didn't notice the change; however, when we compared the color on the proof we approved to the color on the tablecloths we received, the color was way off again. I reached out to customer service multiple times and provided them with the list of everything that went wrong, including pictures. They acknowledged the colors were not the same, but would only offer 10% refund.

The product and result were of high quality at a very competitive price, but the shipping lacked clarity. I didn't need our covers for a bit so I chose the cheapest shipping option. I received a confirmation that a label had been created and then nothing for 16 days, when I sent a message to customer service. I was told this is normal, but it's a little concerning when you've paid a hefty price for a product, and then they tell you that it's normal for it to sit in a warehouse awaiting shipping for weeks. I'm not sure if this is actually normal but the item arrived on time and exceeded our expectations on the quality and appearance of the covers.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
They require you to fill out a customs form with personal information, EIN number, and (SSN) Social Security Number to get your product from China. Total SCAM!!! Paid for my table cloths, they state they have shipped, then send you custom forms to fill out. This is never communicated up front, and when you ask for a refund they refuse and ask for proof you filled out the custom forms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered can coolers for an event and paid over $100 extra for the order to be “guaranteed” by a certain day. Then I was called and informed that the order had been delayed and wouldn’t be expected until two days after the “guaranteed” date. I told the representative that would be too late. He asked if I wanted to cancel? I said yes.
Later that same day we ordered from another company with a 24 hour turnaround - expensive but had to be done.
The next day I get an email from tablecoversnow that there will be a $128 restock fee to cancel because they had the order in production. How would I like to proceed? I responded: I want a full refund. I was told when I was called that the order was not in production and going to be late late, I said cancel it, and your website says you can get a full refund if you pay extra for “guaranteed delivery” and it fails.
They responded later saying I am no longer eligible for any sort of refund at all because the order has been produced and shipped.
Basically: 1) they screwed something up and the order was getting delayed. We canceled per their full refund policy. 2) we were forced to order an overpriced rush turnaround from another company. 3) they contacted again offering a partial refund and we refused - per their own refund policy. 4) they contacted again (a day later) saying “sorry, we produced it even after you said cancel it so now you have to pay for it”.
I’ll never order from them again.

UPDATE: And the product finally showed up and the logo was printed wrong. A complete letter was missing. Their response was that we approved the digital proof we were sent. We were never sent a proof - we approved the “instant proof” from their website. To this day, no refund or even an apology. We ended up throwing away over $450 of late, incorrect can coolers that we were forced to pay for.

Looks great exactly what we wanted.
