Bunch of bare faced liars. I bought a pair of car seats via eBay and the day they were due to be dispatched the unprofessional idiots emailed me via eBay to say that one was damaged on ‘removal’. Lying feckers, the pictures told a different story. So if one was damaged why didn’t they send the one that wasn’t? It was an entirely different listing so why didn’t I receive it? Of course after asking why, they just ignored me so I called them and guess what….the recording tells you to go online and use the chat. That was crap too, no humans on that, only bots which take you round and round in circles until you give up waiting for a human. Crap customer service operated by brain dead morons who hide behind a keyboard. I would’ve given no stars but there is no option for that, there should be a shite button!! 💩

Very helpful. Given you all time and do her best to support and slove your issues.
Cheers Rebecca.
