I made swizzels aware of what looked like a lot of drumsticks stuck together i emailed nicky at swizzels along with a picture they promptly emailed me back to apologise and replaced the items straight away needless to say it hasn't put myself or my grandchildren off fabulous customer service nicky deserves recognition five stars *****

I had an issue with a lolly and sent images to the team. Unfortunately I discarded the sweet before I could send it away but thankfully the team were still able to rectify this situation. I had an email off Nicky who was really understanding and helpful. Next thing, I had a box delivered filled with sweets for my children and family to enjoy! It’s not the end of the world when a product isn’t right and how the company react is a true indication of how much they care. So thank you again for the ‘care package’ lol and I will continue to buy Swizzle products. All the best to your team and company going forward.

Saw online 'just married love hearts ' that you could personalise. At a time when as soon as you say wedding everything triples in price .these were fantastic 200 for £50 free postage recieved with in 72 hours . Excellent little extra for tables . Thank you Swizzels love them ❤️

I ordered personalised Love Heart favours for my daughter's wedding and couldn't believe it when they arrived about 48 hours later! Great product - good quality printed labels that were simple to apply.
I'm sure they will be a hit at the wedding in June.

I purchased some Squashies and they had a peculiar smell and taste so I contacted customer service for advice. Nicky replied to my email straight away and explained what the problem was with the product- which had been identified and isolated. Nicky was polite and friendly and offered me replacement bags which arrived to my house the next day. So pleased and overwhelmed by the great service by this British sweet company 5*

I recently won 30kg of Swizzels sweets at a Charity event. I contacted Swizzels directly to claim my prize. I was asked if I had any favourite sweets and was told that they would do their best to include them. My delivery arrived today, full of my favourites plus plenty of extras. What a fantastic service and a great Company to deal with!

I emailed with a complaint about sticky brown lumps in a bag of squashies.I got a very prompt reply within minutes. I sent a photograph. I got an explanation of what it was within the next few minutes and received some free goodies in the post. Excellent service and very good customer relations.

I completed an enquiry/complaint form online and within a few days received a reply. I sent some pictures of the squashies in question and packaging and within a few more days received an explanation of the issue. I was also very surprised and very grateful to receive some sweets.
