I absolutely love Swizzel sweets and products, so follow them on socials and get all the emails, which include offers, from them. It was through email I received their mystery box drop, so indeed I had to buy! Amazing value for money, loads of products in there, and delivered quickly. So, could basically tuck into them pretty quick 😍 Honestly, the sweets taste great, and the other products smell absolutely lush! Best smelling shower gel I've ever used. I didn't have to deal with customer service, but they did send a lovely thank you message by email after I wrote the feedback for them. So, all in all a great service with great products.

Bought a gift set from swizzels last month which was amazing it had hand washes body washes and a good range of sweets very good for the price it would have been great if it had been in a gift box but turned up in a brown box. I was so impressed with it that I ordered 2 more that arrived a few days later. If they have anything similar in the future I will definitely be interested in buying more great sweets great smelling hand wash and body washes.

I found checking out the product and prices, to designing the label, to receiving the product very straightforward and I was very impressed by the quick turnaround.
Very reasonably priced and very well packaged.
Communication via emails was spot on.
We are using them as a thank you when people join us for a dance-we are a Morris side.

Fantastic branded Love Hearts! The printing was clear and looked really professional, making them perfect for our event. The sweets arrived well packaged, were fresh, and everyone loved the personalised touch. Great quality, fast service, and excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to order again for future events.

I bought a few different kinds of the Just Married love hearts wedding favours online (different photos on each). Easy to do and they look amazing/ cute. Just make sure you use a well zoomed in photo of yourselves together as they will come out quite small but a really fun and cost effective wedding favour/ momento. And they are delivered very quickly in case you've left it to the last minute like me!

Ordered Personalised lovehearts to leave as a small gesture to my Car Valeting customers (who doesnt love a wee swizzles sweet) They arrived promptly, well backed and with a small free gift. I Paid £50 for 200 Loveheart rolls and 200 Stickers which you have to apply yourself which isnt a big deal and once you get into a rythm doesnt take that long. Great idea from a British confectionary institution we have known and loved since we were kids.

Absolutely love swizzles sweets always buy them for my kids party's recently had a small issue i reached out to customer service & was blown away with the replacement sent out so nice to receive genuine customer service and care! Will continue to be my go to for party sweets ! Thanks again Nikki

The complaint was handled very professionally and some sweets were sent out very quickly as an apology. The person I was talking to, Nicky, was very nice and friendly.

I've bought two lots of personalized love hearts. One for a wedding and the next for a baby shower. Both are lovely and bring a smile to your face. The gift boxes that I ordered are really worth the money and make a lovely gift. Delivery was quick. I will definitely be using this service again. 5 stars for swizzels.

Our whole family were involved in a bespoke branding for our training courses. Sweets are more impactful than a pen or pad.

I had a malfunction within a Squashies bag, it could have been damaging to a child as they could have choked, etc. I wanted to let the company know just in case they ever experienced any negative reviews with any further issues such as that. Once I got in contact not only did they resolve the issue, they sent a few bags for free as an apology! The customer service lady who I spoke to, Nicky. A. did a fantastic job and was ever so kind. Lovely website to browse and purchase from. Always lovely sweets and gifts to buy for yourself or others. Once ordered placed it's dispatched fast and securely. Have never had any problems with delivery. Will definitely buy from again.
