Service performance
Service was good but no communication at order stage or delivery stage . You need to confirm order received and delivery progress. Actual time taken to deliver was good.

We're glad to hear our service was good but we are sorry you didn't receive our emails confirming the order and shipment, including tracking reference.
We've checked our systems which confirm the emails were sent so this must have been an isolated issue or potentially the emails may have been accidentally filed as spam or junk by your email account provider.
We hope you order with us again in the future and if we can be of any assistance please don't hesitate to email info@swimsport.co.uk.
