The two gentlemen I have dealt with have been absolutely brilliant, couldn’t have helped me any more. They’re names were Kian Woolfenden and Miroslav Stofik. Miroslav had my claim done over the phone in minimal time, really helpful.

Horrendous company to deal with, promise hassle free service, say one thing and then when you proceed hound you constantly and ask for so much more. When you get fed up and cancel they invoice you £90 for sod all. Started the process a few years ago and told them I no longer wanted to continue as it was too long winded, since then they called numerous times a month over a quarterly period then stop for a quarter then proceed to hound again trying to get you to resign up with them, promising all is simple and send 1 or 2 items, once you've agreed you're back in the circle of them requesting more, trying to charge you for things etc. numerous people I know have ended up with fines from HMRC for things they had no clue about after this company messed about with their tax codes and claims. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Horrendous people.

Used for the last 5 or 6 years but won’t again, submitted all my info in time for my tax return but swift never submitted it to HMRC in time. I received a £100 penalty in the post. Contacted swift about this and was told every time that a manger would call me back, haven’t heard a thing and not replying to my emails now. Will use someone else in the future.

Waited for 6 months for my tax refund had my case passed from person to person because people kept leaving the company for my claim to get closed because i've been asked for information i cannot provide. The phone number to talk to an operator is always engaged so you cant speak to a person and have to wait a month for a reply via email. Would not recommend this company for doing your tax refund.

Been using for about 3 years without a problem. Process is easy and happy to pay so I don't have the hassle.
