This company should be called snail refunds,got put on the expedited service due their last fault which I complained about and still waiting with once again no communication from them,I started my claim on 15/04/24 and still waiting!!! Phoned a couple of times but just keep getting told someone will contact me and don't, don't waste your time with this company,they simply don't bother with their customers, absolutely shocking service,oh and this is the second time I've had to put a review on here about them as my original claim started in December last year and I still have nothing,total joke of a place

Tax code changed
Tax code changed, without my knowledge and then they have now changed it back to 1047L which is less than average. Not worth going through the claim since, they fudge the tax code so it appears like you get money back then the following year you earn less. All of this is done so they can get their piece of the pie. There was no explanation as to why the tax code is now reduced just a generic email stating that it would be changed after emailing to find out as to why it was changed they didn’t respond!
