i phoned gulf air who i was supposedly booked with and they had no record of me or my money.
ATOL say you are NOT registered with them as you claim and for some strange reason your address keeps changing.

I have book a holiday to Goa through swiftholidaydeals.com, I have been trying to get in touch with them for my refund of £ 750.00 as I can't travel on those dates as my visa is in the renewal process and my dependants visas have to be done after that. I have sent repeated emails, called the numbers provided, sent WhatsApp messages through which the payment link was sent but no response.
Many different names come up but get linked to the same email id. I am going to go report to police.
If you try from a different number they pick your call. Call back again and there is no response. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now.

Asked for a refund of my deposit, but have been ghosted. Luckily I got enough evidence against the company and website that my bank refunded me.

It still stands that you took £400 from me, but no holiday was booked on my behalf.
The paperwork I received from you was fake, and contained the details of many other people unrelated to my booking.
Your paperwork states I am flying from Leeds to Lagos, when in fact I booked to fly from London to Goa.
Your staff use fake names, I found Mike Murphy to be particularly hysterical. You could not have picked a more Irish name, yet he was clearly not Irish, English or Scottish.
Lastly, this is a trip I have made many times over many years, I know what paperwork I should have received, and what that should look like.
You are scammers, even your feedback here isn't real. None of the people who have reviewed you have reviewed any other website or service, so are obviously paid contributors.

Refund Process: We do not “hold” customer funds. Deposits are passed to the airlines or used for non-refundable fare locks at the time of booking. Where refunds are due, we assist in guiding the process, but the decision and timeline rest with the airline.
