I placed my order on June 8, 2023 for almost $400. I waited and waited. When I checked tracking information, it stated label created but never shipped. After about a month,I contacted via chat with customer service. They stated FED X is trying to contact me for delivery and to go to local FEDX and to see whats wrong. I did. They told me the same thing i knew. Label created and not shipped. Our conversation went back and forth and i decided to call my bank an refuse charges and I told them that. "Hold on, Hold on!' they said. let me check on it. Today July 10, I received a message with new tracking number and they stated it should be within a week. I messaged them back and gave them until the 15th for my merchandise. I will never use this company again.

wrong parts were shipped. So after installing the shower head rod leaked because we can't tighten it enough due to it being wrong part. We tried to call the support line. Never can get through or no one answers.
Used the chat service and when after numerous attempts when finally someone got back to me to provide pictures of the incorrect parts they have not replied on sending the correct ones. It's been weeks of me trying to resolve this situation and has been worst purchasing experience I have ever had!

It’s now July 10 2023. After numerous attempts to phone them with no luck. Most of the time line is busy or just rings. Emailed them numerous times as requested by them and providing the information and pictures requested. Still no response or resolution. I have a shower head that does not match or work with the rest of it. Do not buy from them. Looking at cost to remove and replace in the range of $2000.00.

Ordered Black Matte Faucet and Never Arrived. My wife is very very upset as you could Imagine. Was For Her Birthday

I like the products from sweet home but their customer service is awful if you need to return or replace anything. I have been waiting 60 days fir a refund on order#22122223540810. I liked the faucet so much that I ordered another one to replace the one I returned because it was the wrong model. But it’s terrible that they still owe me money. I am disappointed in this company.

Excellent customer service and great looking products

Purchased a "Bathroom gold black thermostatic shower set" for $389.for a remodel. Upon installation we found that the upper post does not thread properly to the control unit. After a very responsive interaction with a support person on March 27th where I provided support for the problem I have no longer heard from Sweethome. The phone number does not work - no further email responses were provided no matter how often I email 24/7. This is critical to a remodeling project and I am concerned that Sweethome may not be as sweet as they appear. Sweethome? Please help and respond so I can provide a better review. As of April 4,2023 - I can only rate you one star.

To respond to Sweethome's 4/4 response to this review - I have been calling - phone never answers, emailing and sending chat requests for a week with no responses. There may be an issue with your systems you are not aware of. I did hear at last from a support person - so there is hope. I will update as events unfold.
UPDATE 4/15/23
After a response on 4/4 After no contact for almost a week - I inquired on 4/10 for a status - a special order would be necessary that would take more time. As of 4/15/23 there is no further update. Sweethome - help this be a better review than it is right now.

This item arrived quickly and it looks awesome in my newly renovated bathroom. All my neighbours want to k ow where I got it. I am very satisfied with the faucet. The water does not splash and the lever has a sturdy feel to it. Definitely recommend. This is my first ever review.

Fast shipping and great product!! Ordered the same thing twice!

I bought an oversized shower system and the installation was really more difficult than I thought it would be, thanks to the patient help of the customer service staff, thank you very much.

NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AT THIS COMPANY. PHONES ARE A MESS AND THEY CAN'T EXPLAIN WARRANTIES OR WERE THERE LOCATED OR WHAT COMPANY MAKES THE FAUCETS. WOW!

Additional take care of existing fittings and the peoples are very friendly atmosphere.

I had an issue with my order and can't even get a hold on someone that can speak English!! they are scammer and good luck getting your money back. products are also fake.

Installation instructions are very limited. Customer service was like speaking to your neighbors dog.

I have tried to reach out to them several times about a warranty issue and only received 1 message back saying what can we do for you. I was very clear about the issue.
Don't trust these people.

Black Single Handle Faucet - website says water saving bubbler to avoid splash. This faucet is not a bubbler and it splashes all over the place including floor. Emailed customer service - no reply. Be aware no drain control either.

This faucet was a perfect addition to our new bathroom in our newly remodeled basement.

Excellent product, arrived as described.
Great service and support during installation.
