I contacted Shane to investigate a leaning chimney pot and to check the roof for further defects. He produced a video, talked through necessary repairs with me, and produced a detailed quotation for the agreed work. This included work on chimney pots and stacks and on the ridge line, and repairs to defective guttering. Finally the entire roof was de-mossed, and guttering cleared. Photos of the completed work showed it to be of an impressively high standard. Competitive prices. Highly recommended.

But we saw a roof that SV roofing had done on a house close to us and liked what we saw and how they were working so thought we’d ask them to do ours
Shane came and gave us a quotation promptly which was very competitive.
Once the choice of tile was agreed he took a deposit and didn’t bother us again for money until the job was completed
Also our building inspector was very happy with what he saw
And now we are in possession of a building works completion certificate if we ever need to sell our house in the future

This the second time I have used SV Roofing and as ever Shane as his team completed an excellent job replacing the entire front roof of our new house in just 6 days. Their work is of the highest standards and their graceful, polite professionalism is second to none. They worked hard and left the site in pristine condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Shane and his team. They repaired leaks (replacing Velux window) and renewed flat roof and side cladding of my living room (a loft extension). Materials and workmanship a quantum leap from what was there before: fleece-backed rubber (rather than felt) for roof and enviro-lead with copper nails for cladding. The team worked hard to complete the job quickly and left the site tidy and clean.

Shane and his team replaced an old flat roof over an extension for us. Shane explained what needed to be done and how they would do it. A detailed quote was received and on the day work was completed and site left clean and clear of debris. His team were polite and hardworking.
