Not stretchy and long delivery
Took an extremely long time to arrive and on the website it says the material is stretchy but it’s not at all.

Hello Sarah, we are sorry that you feel the wrap isn't stretchy like you were expecting. It has 5% spandex to help ensure it does have that stretch within it.
Again we are sorry that you feel the wrap took a long time to arrive but we do state on the website and in other areas that it takes 4-9 business days to arrive once you receive confirmation of its departure which we achieved. We also offer free carbon neutral delivery which means it will take slightly longer

My order did take quite a while to arrive but the customer service team were very helpful and helped me track the parcel down.

Good for the Planet, and my baby!
I love the fact they plant a tree for each purchase, makes me feel good as a consumer. Item arrived quickly, and is very nice quality, plus comes neatly packaged in a bag of the same material.
My only caveat is that the instructions provided on how to tie the sling are very simplified, I have watched a load of videos since to better understand what to do. Maybe the company could send a QR code link to a video for future customers.

We do have further instructions and a video on our website, however, we are currently reviewing our packaging and looking at ways to help make the process even better and a QR code was one of the ideas we will definitely do a deeper dive into this

The perfect wrap for me and my baby!
Have tried various different wraps but the quality of Sustainabub’s wraps are amazing! My baby sleeps comfortably while I get my tasks done. Great colour selection and customer service is brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

Friendliest team ever!
Friendliest team ever!! They have the best interests at heart for us mothers and our babies. These wraps are amazing quality and eco-friendly! My husband has also given it a go at home and loves it! A lovely way to be close to our little ones. Very helpful team with a great service all round 🤍

Sustainable baby wrap, great quality.
This product is fantastic. Such a firm material that does not sag like some other baby wraps. Easy to use and allows me to freely use both arms and my baby will fall asleep in this every time. The fact that the product is sustainable and eco conscious is a huge advantage and one of the main reasons I chose it, especially given how many different baby wraps are out there. I got the black one which is lovely but there are so many colours to choose from. I would definitely recommend.
