The delivery was fast.
Love the mini cot as it comes at the smaller size so we can fit it in our bedroom. Good quality.
We also added some castor wheels to our cot so we can move it as we have limited space.
One screw for the castor wheels was missing but I messaged Mokee straight away. Abdul replied within a day and he arranged for two new screws to be sent out. I was impressed by the very efficient customer service.

Delivery took forever
Delivery took forever. Waited in for several days never arrived on time. Had to chase relentlessly for it. Only offered £20 for days of inconvenience. Would also say it’s a lot of money for the cot. I would say spend the extra £20/30 and get something at a higher price point. It will be a worthwhile spend

However, the refund for those items was processed without issue. The cot also arrived slightly damaged, but customer service resolved this quickly. Overall, a few hiccups but a good experience, and the cot itself is great.

Got the mini cot with wheels and had to return it all
I ordered the mini cot with the wheels. The wheels were not compatible although they charge a whopping 35£ for them on top of the cot and then the wheels that did fit were the most awful quality and scratched my wooden floor and I was told the manufacturer made a mistake and the new batch with hopefully the correct hole size for the wheels will only be available around my due date during which they can send a replacement. Needless to say I wouldn’t wait to get a cot so close to my due date so I had to return everything and have to look for a new one. They tried to be helpful. But at the end it was not a great experience neither on the product nor on the support side except that they agreed to a full refund which is the least they could do I believe.

Attention aux frais de change !

Par contre j’enlève 1 étoile car suite à mon achat j’ai eu à régler des frais de change (20 EUR) et cela n’est indiqué nul part sur le site ou au moment du règlement, soyez donc prévenus !
Sinon expédition extrêmement rapide? Service client très réactif et en français.

Beautiful cot absolutely love the colour, clear and easy instruction to put together, can convert into a cot bed and we got the drawer storage underneath which is perfect for all the blankets for the cot. Very friendly helpful staff, fast delivery! I would highly recommend.
