Very disappointed with my experience. The jacket I received was significantly different from the one advertised on the website. The colour was noticeably lighter than shown in the product photos, and the jacket itself appeared to be a different style from what I originally ordered. After my purchase, the product description was changed on the website, which only added to the confusion.

The sizing was also inaccurate. I ordered an XL, but the jacket fits much closer to a Large. For an item costing over £80, I expected much better quality control and a more accurate product description.

To make matters worse, I was told I would have to pay approximately £41 return postage to France despite the item not matching the website images and description. This is an unreasonable cost for a customer who has received a product that differs from what was advertised.

Overall, I feel misled by the product listing and disappointed by the lack of a fair resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Awful company. They take your money. They dont confirm order. They dont send a tracking number. They don't send a confirmation. They dont answer emails or their phone.

Wish I had checked here before ordering - 2.3 is too high a rating there must be fraudulent ratings here. Terrible experience - sizing is all wrong - not European Sizes even though they are marketing to Europe in €. Then they expect you to return the goods at your cost. When you point out against EU law radio silence. Do not let them get away it, get your bank to claw the money back. Based in China btw and that is not clear - it took 21 days to get here for staters.

having bought a coat from surplus military ,and when it arrived i needed a bigger size i then got in touch and paid 15 pounds to return coat for an exchange
up till then customer service was ok .but when the tracking said it was delivered there no more contact
7 emails later and still nothing still waiting for the exchange,, so now having to report this through PayPal for full refund i wont buy from here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone avoid if possible
customer service is non existent even after sending proof of posting and tracking saying delivered still nothing deserves a minus 5 star

Ordered a pair of boots but only received the automatic "order placed" email. No response to my emails and the phone number just has a message telling you to email any queries.
Thankfully, I paid via Paypal so actioned a complaint and received a refund immediately/

It's all fake I didn't get a gore tex pants which cost around $150 all I got is a fake Chinese pants which you can get from AliExpress for $25 just got scammed

This website/company masquerade behind companies of similar names that are legitimate. Goods were ordered but were not dispatched and no emails were answered. You cannot contact them on the phone. I have reported to my bank for a chargeback and will report to UK Trading Standards. A scam operation.

The goods advertised are not what you receive. They are cheap plastic inferior goods. In fact they sent me a completely different item to what I'd ordered, it was far cheaper and really much like a child's toy. They take over 3 weeks to deliver, this is not what it says when making payment. They deliver items separately and can come up to 5 weeks after ordering. They take anywhere between 4 days to a week to reply to emails. The contact phone number is invalid. The emails switch between French and English. For 5 weeks they have promised to send the merchandise I paid for and now they have totally blanked me.
They have used the name of a very reputable company and in fact piggy backed off the other company's website so you really don't have much comeback as a consumer. They have no reviews on trustpilot or any other consumer site that I can find!
If you don't want to be scammed like me do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this company.
