Be careful!
Ordered two weeks ago clothes. no information about order. No answer on phone, no answer on my e-mails and whatsap request. It seemed to they are swindles. Be careful. keep away from this shop

They sell things they do not have.
The amount paid is then supposed to be reimbursed as a voucher.
If you don't agree, it takes forever until the payment is received.
You have to write an email almost every day.
I will never order there again.

- Ordered items for around 50€
- Almost none turned out to be available, even things that dont have different sizes to account for
- Lengthy waiting for mails for finding alternatives
- Wrong items arrive (wrong sizes, some stuff that I never ordered)
- Never got my money back

Ordered 2 times, both were incredibly troublesome. Payment issues, items in stock then not in stock after order, faulty refunds, zero comunications between cs-agents so you have to explain every issue multiple times, etc etc etc etc

Sorry guys, but this is a Lowest-Score kinda seller:(

Trustable company.
Took about 2 weeks to receive my order, which I'd say isn't that bad.
Package was delivered to door by PostNord, which I was kinda surprised, because often companies will say it's home delivery, but it really isn't, so that was cool.

I feel like alot of people that've ordered and had a negative experience, might not really know how surplus stores work and how they receive their gear, especially the smaller ones. Alot of the time it's just luck of the draw what you get and they really can't control how fast the courier delivers the item(s).

The only negative thing I can think of, is the slightly sketchy feeling payment system, which looked very dated and was in Romanian and I couldn't find a way to turn it to english.

One item was out of stock despite being “in stock” on the website. Got an email from staff within a day or two, and we swiftly found a solution with another similar item, and I got a small refund.

Shipping was slow, 3-4 weeks, but the told me from start, so no problem as I knew what to expect.

Generally happy, and will buy from them again. Great prices!

After reading several other reviews across different platforms on the internet, I think this company is running a scam. The one star is generous to be honest. This company is so badly run. The website is terrible. There is no sizing and they advertise/sell items they dont actually have in stock. After a few weeks they email you to say they dont have the items. They then offer you a refund that never comes. They're now using the influx of orders from Ukraine as an excuse for their shady dealings. There are plenty of other websites to buy from, avoid this one. They may seem affordable but I think that's part of the scheme to get you to order.

Warning! We ordered two Binoculars VALDADA IOR B / GA 7x40 "like new condition". The first one was ok overall. The second, however, was an absolutely no go. Dingy, both eyepiece tubes mechanically scratched, loose with slack, obviously turned with brute force, because firmly due to aging. Also a worn out bridge. Price far too high. Be warned!
Avertisment! Am comandat două Binocluri VALDADA IOR B / GA 7x40 "ca o stare nouă". Primul a fost ok per total. Al doilea, cu toate acestea, a fost un absolut nu merge. Dingy, ambele tuburi oculare zgâriat mecanic, în vrac cu moale, evident, sa transformat cu forță brută, pentru că ferm din cauza îmbătrânirii. De asemenea, un pod uzat. Preț mult prea mare. Fii avertizat!

Placed an order over a month ago on 3 items all listed as "in stock". The staff emailed me 3 days later saying that 2 of these items were out of stock and would be available in about 2 weeks. As I said before more than a month has passed and my order has still not shipped, with the staff not answering any of my emails asking for an explanation. Terrible experience, horrible customer service. If they ever do actually ship my stuff I am not even expecting it to fit, and this will be my first and last order from them. Please dont buy from their store.

Zero stars would be fair.after a week,they have not even packaged the order.
Update: scammers and thieves.after 2 weeks they sent me an email saying they are sorry blah blah blah and what i want them to do.i said i want my money back,since i don't want any kind of business with s**t companies like this one,and since 12 of January i am waiting for a refund,or even an answer in my email. of course,my bank is already aware of the transaction with this"company"

Terrible, borderline horrible, I ordered from this website in June of this year (2021) and its now almost the end of July, but they still haven’t even sent my package or given me a tracking number. I contacted them about two weeks ago asking what’s going on and they replied three days later, saying how they’re sorry and checked my order and that it is complete and ready to ship and that I should be contacted soon with a tracking number, we’ll it’s a week and a half later, still no tracking number or even a response to my asking again what’s taking so long. We’ll see if they intend to send anything at all. Still waiting thats the only reason I gave 3 stars.

Bought IOR 7x40 surplus binoculars that were advertised as being in good condition.

Took them 1 week to ship the order and the binoculars were in terrible condition (left lens was broken for example). Tried to reach them via email for some sort of solution, but they are very very slow to respond, if at all. Ended up returning the binoculars and lost about 40€ in shipping costs.

I ordered a lot of items , but they didnt have 2 of them in my size , so they refunded me the price of those items.
They took a lot of time to ship though ,around 1 month , but i'm used to it since i order on aliexpress.
The products are all my size , i gave them my exact measurements , everything fits fine , everyting is good.
I will order again , they are very professional and deserves to be much more popular!!!

how can you purchase anything if there are no sizes shown ! do you think I am going to buy a jacket without knowing if you have it or not ? they tell you to write the size after you make the payment very naif website !

Really bad, had a question about one of the product, and they answered in one day, but they then very quickly increased the prize by more than 140€, very fishy, to try to hike the prize up, just before someone wanted to buy a product.

Perfect! It is a pleasure to see so much surplus in one place.

Best place where you can buy everything you need.
