Robust MCP, Workspaces Separated by API Keys, Infinite Possibilities
In the age of agentic coding and AI-assisted workflows, any software that does NOT have an MCP server is quickly becoming irrelevant. SureContact MCP is excellent and enables your AI agent of choice to make use of SureContact's tooling for creating complex multi-step automations and workflows. I've been really pleased with the responsiveness of the support team when I've made some feature requests in recent weeks. Anytime I've reached out with a question or recommendation, I've received quick replies with timely feature improvements or additions based on my requests. It's clear that the SureContact team is on top of their game and, in my opinion, is setting the bar quite high for the capabilities that CRM platforms are going to have to live up to in the age of AI. If you work with multiple clients, SureContact is a no-brainer. It's incredible value for the money, and being able to switch workspaces quickly and easily and keep your AI agents working in the correct account is made super simple by workspace-specific API keys. It has made creating funnels and workflows for my clients effortless and easily shortened the time horizon between funnel ideation and delivery of the finished product by weeks. One of the very first automations I had an agent create using the MCP absolutely blew my mind when I looked at all of the different steps, starts, and stops. Tagging and list subscription adjustments based on users' actions or lack thereof throughout the customer journey through the funnel was simply mind-blowing, and it would have taken me weeks to sort it all out. Not to mention how long it would take to manual test every step, every potential point of failure from end to end... SureContact just made it easy. I can't recommend this tool enough.
