Honestly not the best experience, I was very hopeful as it seemed too good to be true, which in the end it seems it may be.

Of the 3 workflows we created for testing, all 3 had significant issues, which required us to reach out to support, who were slow to respond a little blunt at times (quick to blame you and slow to look into things) and took 7 days to fix a very simple issue.

All this has left me feeling like I could not trust this product for client work, as it cannot rely on it to work.

Possibly in time it will improve, for now I would just tread carefully. They are heavily selling LTDs, which as lots in the industry have discovered can mean they get as much money as they can from the product then stop supporting it (this may not be the case but is a red flag for me).

When it works, it works well, but my takeaway for now is for business critical tasks I would stick to Zapier.

Customer support was incredibly pleasant and helpful.

I had some setup questions regarding PerfexCRM integration, and the Ottokit team responded quickly and professionally. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciated their customer-first attitude.

Suretriggers is awesome! So easy to use and fully WordPress compatible.

Really opens up doors connecting to other 3rd party apps and support is literally amazing!

The product itself is well done, simple and with a clear interface which makes it accessible to everyone. I really love the "recipes" that make people save a lot of time but, what really makes the difference is their great customer support. Suretriggers assistance is on a whole new level and this makes them set apart from many competitors. Absolutely the #1 choice.

Great support! Keep it up

Their team was very responsive to my enquiry. The trigger I was using did not meet my requirements and they published an update to the plugin within days addressing my concerns. They provided a level of support that went beyond what I expected.
