I own a small fitness studio that is by appointment only. I used a paper and pencil schedule only and was constantly answer calls, texts, and emails of those needing to sign up or reschedule. It was insane. I researched every online calendar I could find on the internet and finally decided to try SuperSaas. I couldn't be happier! It's easy for me and my clients. When I've had any questions, the customer support is awesome. I get an answer almost immediately. I began on the free level, and by the time I had enough clients and appointments to go up to a paid level, I gladly paid the fee (which is much less expensive than other online services like this one). I am a psychiatric clinician in a busy solo practice with no clerical support. Making appointments with patients was a time-consuming and mindless activity. Signing on for Supersaas in December 2012 has ended that. 100% of patients appreciate the ability to do it themselves, 24/7/365. I have been using SuperSaaS for scheduling my dog obedience classes for over 1 year now. I was skeptical at first about allowing my students to sign up for themselves week to week. I just knew that I would have over bookings and people showing up when I wasn't expecting them etc. I am pleased to announce that none of that has happened! My classes are always organized allowing me to be prepared from class to class. My students like the flexibility I can offer for their busy schedules. If ever a problem arises with the software, which rarely happens, I have always gotten prompt immediate answers to my questions or problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SuperSaaS to anyone who's business depends on filling classes and staying organized!

My business need is a shared diary for colleagues in 4 different timezones.
During my evaluation I found many excellent features but the support for timezones is IMHO rather weak and certainly not good enough for serious use.
There is an over-reliance on the concept of "base time" which is not really meaningful when your workers are spread between California and Greece. Certainly my colleagues in California do not want to view their shared tasks in a display which is calibrated on a "base time" 8 hours different from their local time.

I've been using SuperSaas for almost 2 years now - from the beginning, it was simple, easy, even fun to use and over time has only gotten better. The customer service is also good - I received quick replies that immediately went to the heart of any problem I had (which were few, and far between). I cannot recommend SuperSaaS strongly enough - use it, you'll love it!

I love this software - it made my business so much easier to run and manage - I don't know how trainers run modular dog training classes without it! So affordable and easy to use. I don't run these classes anymore but have tried to find way to keep using this software regardless. That's how much I love it.

Wow, I was in the process of testing their system and needed some help with some customizations and within 1 min my email questions were answered every time. They are fast and efficient. They have made it easy to choose them as my new spa scheduling system. Thanks a bunch

I have been quite happy with Supersaas. It has a lot of capabilities, especially once you start using service calendars with your main one. The customer service is also incredible - very helpful and very responsive. I only wish it was possible to just show a couple of days at a time, like some of the other apps offer. Overall, though, very pleased with Supersaas!

We use the SuperSAAS system at our Squash Club to book courts. Having reviewed many systems, in depth, we chose SuperSAAS as the software look and feel was very similar to our manual booking sheets. Also, the costs were very reasonable.

Having used the system now for nearly two years now we have seen bookings increase significantly and more than cover the costs of the system.

When I have had to ask a question or for help, the response is not only very quick, but also clear and helpful.

I would not hesitate recommending the company and the system.

Our tennis club asked me to investigate online booking. I looked at lots of systems, and SuperSAAS was by far the best match and easiest to configure. I've had various small questions, and have been looked after promptly, knowledgeably and courteously by Jan. Users are very happy, and I have had only compliments about ease of use. I've been using Supersaas for some years now to schedule conference calls with dozens of organisations across the country. I can specify the times I'm available and they can select a time slot that suits them for a chat. Supersaas even sends an automatic reminder a few days before the calls with all the information the organisation needs. There's no way I'd be able to do this so easily without Supersaas. It has all the functionality I need (and more) and takes the nightmare out of scheduling so there's no more email ping pong as everyone tries to get a timeslot to suit them and no double booking. Supersaas, I think I love you!

De look & feel van configuratie kan nog verbeteren en ik ga er van uit dat het systeem zich in de loop van tijd nog verder gaat ontwikkelen.

Keurige service, duidelijke en snelle reacties op vragen. Zodra het systeem werkend is een ideaal reserveringssysteem.
