I would recommend, and have, the SuperSaas system. It's reliable, easy to configure, and cost effective. Whenever I have needed help, they have been very responsive.

This is the perfect scheduler. It's very easy to manage and works great. Easy and convenient for my clients to book their appointments. The scheduler offers everything I need.

I use this online scheduling program for my yoga studio and it works great. I am based in France, so having the ability to have the program in French, English, Spanish or any other language by my international clientele is great. The response to my questions come lightning-fast! Very friendly service. The tutorials are wonderful and easy to use. It's a very good value and a gem to use when my studio was just starting up with the first 50 clients....now that it's growing, I am pleased to be a paying client. Wonderful!

We are very pleased with this product! Love the customizable options (we run on 45 minute time slots in our business, and so being able to create 45 minute default appointment times has been very helpful.) This product has helped with organization and communication across our team. We have never had any problems with the service. One suggestion I feel would be very helpful for us is to view the open availability on mobile devices. It is very mobile-friendly and easy to see the appointment times already created, but I'm not able to see the open availability on each day on my mobile device. The ability to do so would cause me to give 5 stars. However, I'm extremely pleased with the product and would recommend to a friend.

There is so much I can do with my online calendar that helps my business run properly. It allows my clients to handle their own scheduling, letting me offer a flexible class schedule and freeing me up for other things. I plan on adding online payment and digitizing my registration form there too so I can offer "one-stop shopping." The more I explore, the more I realize I can do with it.

You're as good as it gets!

We LOVE using SuperSaas! We manage our meeting rooms in a shared office space for entrepreneurs (who tend to move on the fly!) We are able to have different schedules for each room. It took some detailed attention and thorough reading/testing to get it right but once we designed it to the way we wanted, it was exactly right. The ability to assign credits (unlimited or specific amounts), different schedules for each room, open & close times, cancellation limits, timed increments, details about meetings and more all created the perfect system for us. The only down side is the payment can only be made through paypal or collected CC info which doesn't collect CVV so if your payment terminal uses CVV you have to use paypal. Other than that - we love it and so do our entrepreneurs!

I appreciated the time-savings due to this software. However, there have been times that I would have liked additional flexibitiy in the filters to pull historical data. Overall, using SuperSaas has streamlined our interview reservation process and allowed me to work on other issues. Thanks, SuperSaas!!

I use SuperSaaS ALL THE TIME. I utilize this as a faculty member among fellow faculty and students. There is a great deal of features with the free version which is great for my situation. State budget cuts for higher education have made it impossible to purchase items that make life easier and increase productivity.

This website has made scheduling office hours with my students extremely easy. I appreciate knowing how many students to expect and they appreciate not having to wait outside my door to see me.

We use this as a compute cart check out system for our school. It works wonderfully. It is easy to use, even for some of the veteran teachers who shy away from new technology and procedures. It is easy to see at a glance which carts are available for checkout and who might have the cart if it is not where it needs to be when one goes to pick it up.
It is exactly what we need at the perfect price.

I'm a one-person business with a small budget. SuperSAAS allows me to act like a larger business with a bigger budget -- online scheduling! I love the ease and convenience. And the price is the best I can find.

1)Would like to see more reports. My billing is done in advance and so would like to see a report of oncoming bookings for the month with user name and email.

Update: Yes, but I don't see the name of the user in the report. I bill based on the number of classes booked for. So, Ideally if I can see the name of the user with number of classes booked, it would be great. Without the name this report is of no use to me.

2)If a billing facility can be made available either as a a plug-in or as an add on, it would make it so much more appealing.

I Love it................

Supersaas is a cheep and easy scheduling. It has many functions I like, and only a few things I wish it did have. It's hard to find everything in one package without spending tons of money on a costumized database. It's a good choice for your business.

Supersaas is easy to set up, and easy to use. It is extremely easy to personalize and you are walked through every step of the way with very clear instructions. If you happen to have any questions or concerns, I have never had a support team more responsive than the ones at supersaas. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with supersaas.

The only complaint is that when I go in to download a schedule the dates that come up are from when we started the program and you have to manually put in the dates... kind of a pain... also after I down load the page it seems to me that there used to be an option to email that page and I can not seem to find that option anymore.... there is only a print the page option. so then I have to copy and paste in order to email it ....

It has given my website a degree of professionalism that was very much needed. Thank you.

I work at a University and we have several vehicles that we manage for multiple campuses. Using this system saves me a lot of time and helps avoid double booking. I can designate who can make reservations and who can't. The only thing I would change is the TIME, having it next to the date makes it easy to overlook and it's rarely adjusted by the individual making the reservation. If the time had its own fields, I would give it a full 5 stars.
Another thing that would be helpful is if the vehicle is already reserved for that day and time, do not show it as an option in the drop down menu. People get frustrated selecting a vehicle and getting a message saying it's already reserved and still having it as an option.
