Your service is phenomenal very easy to use the website to order. Love all of my pieces the blend was perfect for what you chose using my picture I sent through. The messy bun would of preferred a bit more hair. But the other bun was perfect use as a ponytail not a bun.

Hi Yusra,
We have reviewed all phone call recordings and booking records related to your visit. Patrick only works Friday & Saturday in which you were booked for 10:45am, in which you did not show attend. As clearly stated in our salon policy and in every client confirmation message, no-shows and late cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. This rule applies to everyone equally and we make no exceptions. It is in place to protect our stylists and their time.
When you called afterwards, Patrick kindly offered you another opportunity to come in within a certain timeframe but you did not attend that either. At no point was it stated that your original deposit would carry over to your next booking as he was left with a 1 hour gap in his day.

During your visit to the salon the following Monday, our staff and two clients present were made extremely uncomfortable by the way our team was spoken to. Our stylists maintained professionalism throughout despite being met with aggression and demands. They were so worried that they felt the need to call the police. These same long term clients commented afterwards that they were shocked by the interaction and felt empathy for our staff. Never have any of us been through something like that before in our salon.
Regarding your extensions, there was no hair loss caused by our service. You have naturally fine hair and your extensions had been worn since August 20th which is well beyond the 8 to 10 week maintenance period we recommend. When extensions are not maintained within that timeframe, natural shedding and matting can occur which may create the appearance of hair loss.

We always respect other salons and stylists in the industry and will never speak negatively about another business. However, we stand by the integrity of our work, our transparent policies, and our staff who go above and beyond to accommodate clients respectfully.

Regarding the pieces poking out where they’ve been folded in the pack, this can sometimes happen during packaging or transit. A quick tip — gently straightening the top section with a low-heat flat iron or blow-drying on a warm setting can help smooth those folds out perfectly. They’ll settle beautifully once installed and blended! 🙌

You get what you get...
Hair colour was good
Hair has so far held up well
However there were Many strands I removed and sent back as they were very textured/rough and wiry
I understand some batches aren't perfect but when sent back for inspection I was told they could find no fault with their product. I was shocked to hear that theybsi not find this note worthy and for that reason alone I wouldnt repurchase along with the hairs needed to be removed to have nice feeling hair

Most versatile exstensions!
The staff were amazing and helpful and very welcoming. I purchased 2x packs of 9 clip ins to fulfill my look of a fuller and intense natural wave. Happy that I was able to execute the look I was after and how durable the exstensions are with dying, braiding and blow drying using products such as gel and hair spray. I have now washed and air drying them for a straightened look for next round.
