This has been a terrible experience, and I can confirm that as a former customer. When Alex and Mimi Ikonn (along with her sister Leyla) were running the company, I ordered phenomenal extensions in 2018 that lasted me a full five years—I straightened them, curled them, did absolutely everything until they finally detached from the clips!

Wanting to return to Luxy Hair, I ordered new extensions two months ago for $275—and they are awful! They are dry, tangle easily, and form small knots after just a few minutes of wear, which looks terrible. They cannot even compare to the previous Luxy extensions—not even by 5%.

It is clear that the quality of the extensions has declined since the company was sold. I'm sorry I continued to trust them. I am very disappointed.
The strong marketing they built on quality extensions is no longer accurate.

Da ich zu Luxy Hair zurückkehren wollte, habe ich vor zwei Monaten neue Extensions für 275 Dollar bestellt – und sie sind eine Katastrophe! Sie sind trocken, verfilzen sich und bilden bereits nach wenigen Minuten Tragen kleine Knoten, was furchtbar aussieht. Sie lassen sich nicht einmal zu 5 % mit den früheren Luxy-Extensions vergleichen.

Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Qualität der Extensions nach dem Verkauf des Unternehmens stark nachgelassen hat. Es tut mir leid, dass ich weiterhin an sie geglaubt habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Das einst durch Qualität aufgebaute Marketingbild entspricht leider nicht mehr der Realität.
