Great quality
Really good online experience with the colour matching but I would like to see them offer a birthday discount for people that are signed up. Extensions are very good quality. I’ve had the Nano tip ones twice and I can say that they last a really long time. I would like to see a bit more Hair though as I was quite surprised when I bought my first packet. I guess I didn’t realise how little 20 g of hair was lol.

Disappointing Experience - Order Never Arrived
I placed an order for extensions on 12th February 2026, but they never turned up. I’ve tried to follow up, but the situation remains unresolved. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, retailers are responsible for ensuring products are delivered, but I am still without my order or a refund. I was looking forward to these, but the lack of delivery and communication has been very frustrating. Order #44798

Hiya Emma,
We take delivery concerns seriously and would like to clarify the timeline of this order.
This order was placed on 12 February 2026 and was marked as delivered by NZ Post on 14 February 2026. We were not contacted about the order not being received until 31 March 2026, which was more than six weeks after the parcel was marked as delivered. Having been in business for 23 years, we don't come across this often.
Once contact was made, we responded promptly and advised that NZ Post required the receiver to participate in the investigation process. We have since confirmed that NZ Post has no correspondence from the receiver regarding non-delivery. Until their investigation is completed, we are not in a position to determine the outcome of the claim.
We also reject the suggestion that there was a lack of communication on our part, as our team replied consistently and in a timely manner throughout this matter.
At this stage, we are awaiting the outcome of NZ Post’s investigation and will act in accordance with their findings.
