Poor cancellation policies
Everything was good with customer service up until I need to cancel my ticket. I have been told that my ticket is non-refundable and non-cancellation but they can still cancel for $1100. I guess,I have to take that flight since I don’t wanna loose $1100 but it’s going to be the worst travel experience. I like my local agents were I can walk-in and get flexibility on cancellations. Never booking again.

Cancellation fee for International Tickets (any airline) depends on the kind of ticket you buy. From fully refundable to non-refundable, you can book any as per your choice. However, the one you booked was non-refundable and the same was conveyed to you while our travel agent was booking it for you.
We are sorry that you would have to take the flight even though you don’t want to, but we really can’t do much except assuring you that the next time you book from us, we’ll try making your experience better. And sad but true, even the local agents wouldn’t have been able to do much in such a scenario.

Great agency will use them again
I made a last minute decision to travel during peak season. Tickets were not only expensive but hard to get on preferred date and time. Abhishek from superfares made it happen without stress or hassle. I strongly recommend everyone to use this agency for all their travel needs
