Never book flights with them. I booked last year and lots of trouble while rescheduling. I already put the feedbacks. After months, now they flagged my review as fake reviews. Which later on I verified with the Trust pilot. So, they all are scammers over there.

The worst service I ever received from any company in my life. My flight ticket is qualified for a refund, but, unfortunately, I booked it with this company. I have called them 10 times in the last month. They are very quick to arrange a callback but, after 4 weeks, I am still waiting for them to call me back. Sometimes, they even say my booking reference number does not exist.

To end my rant, I would recommend staying at home instead of booking tickets through his company.

I would give a zero star but it isn't possible.

I bought a flight for travel. It got canceled due to COVID-19. That's fine. Understandable. Now, every single agent other than superfares has given the money back as refunds. Superfares doesn't give you a single cent back. Instead, they offer you something called credit. They sugar coat it to make it sound like it impressive. But its not. They basically force you to use your "credit" (which can only be used to the same destination and exact same route) within 24 months. Now, with COVID, my destination is locked down. When I asked what would happen to my "credit". They don't have an answer.

Now even that's okay. Now when the time comes to use the credit, here's what they told me: on top of my existing $2100 I paid, I have to pay an additional $950. They gave me a flight quote of $3100 when literally any other company is quoting $1500 for the same flight.
When I ask for a reason, they point me towards the "Terms and Conditions".
So basically to sum it up:
They don't refund money. They force me to fly. They force me to pay $1000 extra on top of my existing money. If I don't fly, then they keep my $2100. And even If I do fly, my destination is currently closed...

So what do I do? I write these honest reviews to make sure no one else falls into the same problem as me. This site won't allow me to upload conversation images, but I assure you, I am not lying.

They took money off my card without authorization and tried to take money off a second time but thankfully it didn’t go through. I have been trying to contact multiple people from the company and I finally talked to a lady who says she see the payment I’m talking about and will have someone call me within the next day and it’s been a few and still haven’t heard nothing from them.

Please don't buy any ticket from this agency because I bought a ticket from superfares in may, 2020 they were telling the price of ticket is 2800$ but it was a normal flight and only one way . As i ask from the airline directly they said the price of that ticket is 1267$ But that flight was canceled so i asked for the refund but Airline said ,ask to the agency we can not fight with agency,I'm keep calling to Nidhi and Parteek ( travel agency), but Nidhi and Parteek are always lying ,so please don't pay three time extra Money , call to the airline directly they will help you and even if we will ask for the refund its very easy to get it from the airline, we don't need to call many time to the agency they don't even help, please make sure the price from the airline directly there is a big difference

My experience was really good. great Customer service and problem solving staff. I was talking to Yugam and he helped me out and suggested the best fare at Super fares. Thanks Yugam for your time and effort. Excellent job done.

I bought 4 tickets from superfares. They were good in the beginning ,the moment I paid tickets after I wanted to confirmation of seats . They were starting ignored . I requested them to transfer my call that guy named Ayush gupta who booked my tickets . But there colleagues were saying he is working in the evening when I called them then they replied me back he is not working call us tomorrow. Again I called them but he did not talk to me. They spoiled my 4 days and even didnot help me for confirmation seats . Me and my family were not happy as they didnot help me out . So I never recommend this site .
