Paid an extra £4.95 for express shipping only to receive the wrong pair of lenses ( completely different reference that didn't match my order at all ) . No customer service , no number to call, just an email address . Appalling return policy : no prepaid label , no printed return form with the items . All very disappointing for a supposedly certified ray Ban reseller ( mind you the certification hasn't been renewed since 2020 from what the invoice states ) . Won't be using that website again .

I sent my Ray-bans for to get the nose pads replaced with official ones, was great service from start to finish,

I bought some replacement sides for my RayBan's and also purchased the fitting service. They sent me a label, I posted them on Wednesday and they were returned by Saturday. New sides, fitted perfectly, glasses all polished up, returned in the case I sent them in and they sent me the old sides back too. 5 stars, excellent service

Honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into with buying new lenses for my RayBans. Sunglasses Repairs are god tier in my opinion. Easy to use website, customer service on point and all at a reasonable price. Thank you.

I bought a pair of end tips to repair my Ray-Ban RB3447 sunglasses, and also bought a new pair as well (>15% cheaper than Amazon), just incase the repair didn’t go to plan. I need not have worried, both delivered within a few days, repair went smoothly. I now have two pairs, one for the car so I’m one happy customer..

Fantastic got my bridge replacement for my folding ray ban wayfarer quicker than I thought I would have even though it was a bank Holiday. Excellent service. Ordered late afternoon and paid for the 24 hour delivery. Arrived Saturday morning, relatively easy to replace the lenses. Sunglasses like new again! Ray ban lenses are expensive I think but worth paying to have sunglasses back to perfection. Won’t be hooking them over my top again to fall off and get scratched!

Their refund policy is a joke, they sent the wrong screws after a phone consultation and refused to refund after the product was returned to the PO box listed on the website, claiming they never received it. Avoid this seller

Amazing service, fast response getting back to me with a quote. Sent my boyfriends Prada sunglasses for repair on Monday after my daughter jumped all over them on the bed they where back by Friday looking brand new with no sign of any damage I would highly recommend and they will be the first I contact if we have any other accidental damages to our glasses in future, thank you so much saved a lot of money by not having to replace them.
