The order process was easy with a caveat

The order process was easy. And the product catalog incl. the accessories and add-ins is great. After a certain period I received my PS Vita in pristine condition. It really looked brand new. The custom OS and the pre-loaded games are fabulous.
There is just one thing that cost why i couldn’t give 5 stars in my review: they share a production timeline which is great but they don’t keep the timeline “due to high demand”. To be fair this is fine and I was willing to wait but I’d expect a little communication around it. Let the customer know there is a delay and don’t wait for them to reach out and/or provide realistic timelines or update customers more frequently. Other than that I’m happy.

PSvita 2000

My ps vita came in such a great condition, it was a little tricky getting it set up to finnaly play some games, I had to download retroflow through vita DB which was pretty tricky but overall great! Shipping took a while and so did delivery, a total of 28 days I believe, the one thing I wish also came in the box would be instructions to download retroflow through vita DB so other people that also ordered the 32gb version won’t have such a struggle as I did because it took me about 3 hours to figure it out, but the instagram chat bot was really helpful!

I recieved a lot more value than I had…

I recieved a lot more value than I had anticipated. The right stick is drifting leftward and it struggles to catch a charge with either plug, but I found a way to make it work. Sticks are not hard to replace either.

I do like my console but

I do like my console, but I think you guys are definitely overcharging when it comes to the consoles. I don’t like the fact that you all put that giant sticker over the PSP that took forever to get off. I get wanting to promote the brand, but you can literally just put a sticker in the bag versus putting it all over the PSP and almost tearing up the PSP. Then on top of that, it literally took an entire month plus for me to receive my PSP 3000. Which was absolutely ridiculous. Then the tracking on the thing wasn’t working, so it’s just a lot that you guys need to fix within the system of being able to get the consoles to people quickly and not take a month plus.

Great console, long delivery, may have issues

We received our DSlite, works fine.
Cartridge was missing access to all the gameboy advanced games.
They are sending a new cartridge.
It also took 2 months to come in of course.
Great updated console with screen, case, new charging C port.

Hice mi pedido de una psvita 1000 desde SLP México

Hice mi pedido de una psvita 1000 con 32gb de memoria desde slp, México el 31 de marzo y recibí mi pedido el 15 de mayo, apesar de que la página indicaba que me llegaría el 18 de abril.
Me llegue a poner en contacto con soporte debido a que no tenía ninguna actualización sobre mi pedido, me respondieron amablemente y me dijeron que lo mandarían una semana después,
Espere la semana y nada, volví a insistir y está vez me dieron una fecha más exacta y me dijeron que tenían problemas con el envío. Espere hasta que finalmente llegó en un empaque y embalaje que se siente muy premium o por lo menos de buena calidad.
En la caja me incluyeron la consola, cargador, un llavero y un sticker.
Al encender la consola, me puse a comprobar que todo y funcionará y asi fue, todo funcionaba correctamente lo único que malo es que el botón triángulo está un poco atorado pero funciona y la pantalla tiene sus manchitas en entornos obscuros muy específicos(normal por las pantallas oled de la época), no afecta para nada la experiencia.
Detalles a mencionar es que no venía con juegos, solamente la magia y sus apps además de que no tiene los stickers en la parte de abajo del código de barras y número de serie además que al iniciar la consola tiene un intro personalizado de la sumo store, que es fácil de quitar si te molesta ya que solo se trata de un plugin, también venía desactivada la pantalla de desbloqueo(la de deslizar la hoja) por defecto que también es un plugin.
Me gustó la compra apesar de las desventajas y tardanza, creo que no es para todos está página o compra pero si buscas una vita en buenas condiciones pues no es mala opción porque es verdad que incluso el precio es algo alto.

They ship broken systems

When I ordered my vita about a year ago it got 4/5 stars because of the fast delivery, except the left thumbstick was missing a piece inside which I fixed. Now with the 2ds xl the power button doesn't work and it looks like something I cant fix. Not only did the product come broken it took over a month to receive it. I WILL NOT be ordering here again.

Okay so I haven’t seen a review that…

Okay so I haven’t seen a review that would be considered taking real but heres mine I recently ordered a ds light white from sumo shop and I can say this the only bad thing I can say about theses guys are there shipping I believe they ship from china and they take long a month from the prior delivery date but rest assured it did get here I opened it and the only bad thing on the system was the bottom screen boarder on the top corner seemed to be bent a lil the screen still works but besides that I can give theses guys a 4 star they are the real deal and I’d recommend shopping from them if your wanting a old console but they do need to work on there delivery and better acknowledge ment over there product before sending it out to make sure nothing is bent or damaged I will be ordering again within the near future and hope they improve thank you and thank you sumo shop!

I am very disappointed from the way…

I am extremely disappointed with the way this company treats its customers. I ordered a PSVITA on February 2026, and today is April 15, 2026 — the order has been stuck in the packing stage for nearly two months with no progress at all.

What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of communication. I reached out to customer service multiple times and received no response whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I expect transparency, timely updates, and at the very least, a reply. Unfortunately, none of that was provided.
