Hi Pace, I’m really feel so blessed from the moment you let me join the SubTo course, I’m starting to watch my week five of videos. Honestly, I can’t wait to do my first deal and I’m very excited to start investing and buying properties.

Today marks my third week into the mentorship program. I have ready completed my course and I am ready for the next step. I already structured my LLC's and will be working on my Trust with Prime Corporate Services next week. I have already opened my business bank accounts. I have joined and participated in many of the zooms. I am currently watching the avatar zooms, which are very helpful. Have reached out to others in the community and connected with some in my local area. This morning I was on the daily dial zoom and tried my first roll play at door knocking foreclosures, great experience, but still have a lot to work on. All this while holding my 9 to 11 hour day job Monday through Friday. I am grateful that God has put you, the mentorship, and our community in my path. I know I will succeed in this business. My passion is helping other achieve some form of success, being just educating other, or helping other grow. The knowledge and experience I have learned and gained is overwhelmingly amazing. I hope to become a leader to others in this mentorship in the future. I know I have a lot to work on and build on but I am driven to make it happen and plan on bringing everyone below me to the top with me. Again thank you for creating such a great mentorship that makes use as individual challenge our selves along side other that are like minded an reaching for the same goals and success. Newbies or experts, together we stumble down our paths and together we will pick each other up and continue to move forward to being contributors to such an amazing community, the SubTo Family. The first word that came up for me was Genuine. Pace and his community are genuine great people and the epitome of the go giver trait. I feel blessed to be part of a great culture. The value that is delivered is over the top.

It’s impossible to put into words how valuable this group is. I’ve been part of some of the most expensive and elite masterminds in business and real estate full of very high net worth individuals… and this tribe is better, more valuable, more fun, more committed, more giving, and action oriented than any I’ve ever witnessed. There are thousands of hours of recorded training and what seems to be about 30-50 hours of new content added each WEEK. The community legitimately helps each other from newbie to advanced pro. You don’t need money, you need a commitment to change your life and this group will help you do it. I watch literally millions of dollars get funded each day for deals people post in the discord within minutes. I watch dozens of properties get assigned or sold to other investors every single day from someone posting them out to the group. The legal contracts alone would cost you more than the membership. But most of all… the value is in the power of an army of like minded people singularly focused on the same goal headed in the same direction fighting the same battles together each day… it’s a force for good that’s going to change the world in my opinion. I blame it all on the leadership! Pace has a huge heart to endlessly give and creates a culture and expectation to be a giver too. As someone with a life mission to change family trees through building generational wealth with others, I feel like I found my home, and everyone around me is going to benefit from my decision to join this tribe.

Great content and alot to digest for a new student. Pace explains all information very well. I personally have a hard time staying focused as there are many zooms throughout the day but I hope to sort out what is necessary at this time in my journey.

Pace has been an inspiration and a wealth of knowledge. He keeps pouring into this community/mentorship invaluable information.

It has only been a short time, but I can already see why Pace has such a good name for himself. Everything is insanely informative and he dissects so much and answers so many people’s questions. He also spends so much time in the zooms. I think Pace’s days actually have more hours in them than others. Not sure how he even has time to sleep🤣

The Community!! WOW what a great team of people all willing to help and lend a hand to help other s grow. The training course and zoom vault are the best I have ever experienced. priceless mentorship, community and training.

I love all the information, the community and the way Pace teaches us. Now I need to get to work to cover my cost to join. I’ve studied more then work this past month, and need to dig myself out of my hole

Pace, his team, and the entire Subto family provide so much more value than the cost of the mentorship. Within the first week of being in the mentorship I have probably already gotten my money's worth simply from the contracts, education, friendships, and JV's I have already begun. In fact, within 30 days from today I will literally have made 7 times over what I paid for the mentorship. However, you do need to be ready and willing to take action if you want to have results like this. Plus, it's lifetime access.

I feel like I found my tribe: positive, motivated; smart and modern day real estate learning community. I was really skeptical at first but after meeting students and even networking event, I knew the investment is worth it. Their on boarding and also just education is a lot, overwhelming for sure. BUT if you pick your lane, you might be learning some life time advance skills. Thank you for all you do and let's make some money in 2023!

SubTo has been an incredible experience for me. Coming into the community with no background in real estate was no issue at all. There are an infinite amount of resources and a network of people that are ALL willing to help in any way they can. SubTo is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made hands down ✌️

I'm lost in all the content. It's too much. 3-5 zoom calls a day. Constant e-mails. I feel like I'm behind before I even start.

The resources that are available and the content that is provided, even being a realtor, within a few days has added more value in my profession than the last several years I've been a realtor. I like the length of the videos. For those with W-2 jobs, the shorter length 15-20 minutes videos makes it easy to not only get some education in the day, but also digest the content a little easier. I have been takin notes for all my videos so with the shorter length videos its easier for me to keep rewinding to get my notes and still get a video in, in a decent amount of time.

My one suggestion is that I believe week 4, the first video for that week discuss in detail the purchase contract. Which was great. I think there should be more videos discussing each of the contracts that is provided. I think that series would add tremendous value to the students.

Subto is by far the best mentorship program around! They are continuing adding new programs and adding more and more value!

I am enjoying this group very much but it is costly and I only wish I could get a deal so I can keep going. I Hope I'm next.

Awesome training experience, getting way more from this than the crazy expensive mentorship I had already signed up for....I should have researched more!
