I have made so many connections since starting this mentorship program, everyone is so kind and approachable. The content does get over whelming at times but I know I have to take one step at a time. Every video I watch has so much value!! Thank you Pace for putting all this knowledge in one place.

This is the best mentorship training on the planet. The fact that there are mentorships within the mentorship takes all the feelings of what if's & uncertainty about next steps & throws them out the window. Pace's mentorship is like Google, if you have had the question, if you need the guidance, it's already been answered, there is already resources for it. You just have to look & research. There is just this amazing feeling of "I really can't fail this unless I try."

This program overdelivers. I was skeptical at first, but the amount and variety of options to pursue real estate are much wider than most know.

The method of instruction, community, and level of support are beyond anything I've experienced in other real estate mentorships.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to utilize the program to manage my father's chemotherapy treatment. I have had communications with your crew and have requested a refund the same week I was suppose to start. I don't think Avery was too happy with my decision to cancel the contract. He offered alternatives and I asked for my cancellation to be submitted internally for review.

I love it. I am an experienced real estate investor I mean I did my share throughout my life; I still own some multi-unit they are my passive income. But I retired a couple of years ago, I was a Maintenance Manager for the New Bedford Housing Authority for 30 years and a part-time Real Estate agent and managed my own income property. All that while serving my country in the Army National Guard for 23 years with 1 tour on my belt. I have trained a bunch of guys for they betterment I join Subto to see how much more I can do and maybe help some people on the way I call it my last hooray I am 63 years old and I don't think I am done yet. I am going through all the course material, setting up my LLC, and putting the word out.I want to start cold calling soon. I move from New Bedford Massachusetts to Port Charlotte, Florida I have been here for 12 months. What I love about Pace Morby is that he has a passion for this business. His training is awesome the material is very informative Sometimes I have a hard time with Zoom meetings I have to pay extra attention to the email and then add 3 hours for the time difference I think he has a great system and the system works I am learning every day. Thank you very much.( I am not bore any more)

The experience has been great because I’ve learned lots of info to make money and the pitfalls that can occur and how to handle those problems to a good result.

Being a part of this group has allowed me to be a part of a real estate family. The amount of knowledge and resources is truly ABUNDANT.

So far the information and knowledge i have gained as well as insight not only into real estate but my own business and what my future should and can look like has been amazing. The course and the community have been detrimental in me learning and growing in real estate and i can't wait to see what i can accomplish with this many helping hands and this much positivity!

Pace I have messaged you multiple times and not once have you tried to reach out to me to even say hi, hi would be very nice but I see that the only ones that you're talking to are those that are making progress in your system, no one is really replying to Me, it seems like I'm invisible no matter what I write no one sees Me wow. I even bought the AstroBlaster last week and contacted Andy Wong and heard nothing from him, it seems like this is becoming a disappointment to Me, but I'm not going to give up no matter if y'all choose to help Me or not, I'll figure this out on My own than, I'm not to sure on the date...

... but that’s not what you asked for. You asked for my experience. I could write you a novel on what’s happened in the month since I signed on. I live in my truck and I’m trying to start a business. I went to Mexico fell out of a relationship started two new jobs, and I want to Know everything in the Vault. I’m spending my family’s life savings on all this real estate stuff because I believe in a better future with you guys. Subto ✌️. And I’m still trying to figure out how to have time and focus to get my first deal... this is in no way a complaint or a call for help. I love you guys and As soon as I figure this out I want to help out as many poeple as possible. I want to create space for us all to come together in real time.
