Fraudulent Sales Practices
I was upsold an additional product in the cart, and it was not the product I received. The photo in Shopify is a 33.8 ounce product, but they shipped a 9 ounce. After contacting them, simply asking for them to take some responsibility and pay for the return shipping on that product only, they placed the blame on me. When I kindly pointed out their issue in their system, they ghosted me. Will never buy from them again.

Great product for a very reasonable price.
This shampoo was recommended to me by a friend a couple years ago. I absolutely loved it and the conditioner too. It is not sold at regular drugstores or supermarkets but rather beauty salons and beauty supply stores for a very high price.
