I have not received my package yet. It's been weeks since I placed the order. The tracking states a label was created but the carrier has not received the package. If I don't receive my order in the next few days, I want to cancel my order and get a refund.

StyleRule sold me counterfeit Diptyque…
StyleRule sold me counterfeit Diptyque candles and refused to completely refund them. Stay far away from this awful company.
Also, before these frauds leave a reply, let me pre-emptively add that I brought the candles to a local Diptyque store and they confirmed that without a doubt these are fake candles. Anyone buying these without being very familiar with Diptyque may believe these are real, so this company is knowingly duping customers.
Ignore all of their replies to negative reviews on here.
