The picture we chose was perfect, the quality is great and the back up from the team was exceptional.
We did have a bit of a delivery problem but the team really got in and helped get it sorted out as promptly as possible and was in constant email contact. It was very reassuring and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

I’m so happy with the prints of my cats so much that I’ve ordered another as well.
The quality is amazing and communication is great so you always know where you order is up to.
They arrived very quickly by post and were very well packed.

Quality and being kept up to date with process

We purchased a beautiful Amalfi Coast print framed and it arrived quickly and easily. Unfortunately after a couple of months we noticed a few bubbles at the top of the print so I reached out to Style My Wall for advice. They replaced the print free of charge and organised a courier to pick up the original. So easy to deal with and excellent service.

Firstly, the products are great. But the best part of the experience for me was the high level of communication from the company. At every step of the process they would advise where they were at. They work with honesty and integrity

The price of the artwork I purchased was unbelievable! The quality was amazing and in person the artwork was more beautiful than I had expected.

The level of customer service is just pathetic. I enquired why a voucher I was given didn't work and it took 6 emails and repeating myself before someone actually bother to read my and figure out the issue. An entire batch of vouchers were incorrect, and they still didn't listen to my request. The prints are okay but if you run into any issues,be prepared to get the absolute run around for no reason other than bad service.

I ordered a set of 2 A1 size pictures. What I received was a set of A4. Emailed the company and sent photos of what I received and they said they would resend the correct size. It took a couple of goes to get the right order but in the end I did receive it. I’m very happy with the prints and they gave me a discount for the issues.

Still waiting on a refund for damaged goods from March sent and returned twice!

Absolutely thrilled with our wall art! It looks even better than we imagined and is exactly how we pictured it in our home. The quality is fantastic, and it has completely transformed the space.
A huge thank you to Justin for his outstanding customer service. When he realised our original print hadn’t been delivered by the courier, he personally arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about the situation and understood how disappointed I was. That level of kindness and care truly touched my heart.

We purchased an A0 print of 'La Dolce Vita Poolside Party Retro Print'. Upon receiving it, it was clearly AI generated and to a very poor standard. It has all the obvious signs of AI art - objects are warped and blur together, unnatural textures and details that make no sense. It looks nothing like the image displayed on the website. Nowhere did it state the use of AI which is completely misleading.

We contacted the customer service requesting a refund, to which they refuse each time. They also do not confirm or deny their clear use of AI, conveniently leaving out the topic in all of their responses. Horrible experience overall and would not recommend using this company to anyone. We are still stuck with the print sitting in the original packing, it looks so bad that it cannot be displayed.

I chose a personalised print in A1, black frame with a border- it’s stunning, really clear and sharp, communication great through insta and quick delivery turn around. Thankyou

My shipment arrived with scratches on the product. On reviewing i was not happy with the product. I'll give them credit that they did refund completely. Maybe buy the freight insurance like i did if you are concerned. Read the reviews and do your homework.

I recently bought a print and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The packaging for delivery was amazing. The care that had gone into making sure that the artwork wasn't damaged during transportation was faultless. Yesterday I received 3 more prints and the quality was again exceptional, I couldn't be happier and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful print. I had some issues with the print that I received. I was contacted by the team and a lot of time and energy has been put into helping me get a product I am happy with. I would shop from them again but maybe stick to products that are either clearly established art pieces or more stylised pieces as I believe some of the works are not of as high a quality as others.

Justin and his team delivery high customer service and products, consistently. Our family is very happy to have discovered Style my Wall and will be using/referring them, whenever possible. Highly recommend. A++

I have ordered prints from Style My Wall now on 2 separate occasions and both times I’ve been thrilled with the product. In one instance I selected a print from the online range, and in the second instance I used a photo of mine from a holiday in New Zealand which looks amazing. Both arrived on time and I was kept up to date regarding delivery. I’ll definitely use Style My Wall again and I’ve recommended them to friends.

Ordered 5th May. Will be surprised if it arrives by 5th June. Should open a book as that would be the only amusing thing about this company.
