This company is awful they steal your men lie and cheat
Ordered on 8/2 never received items…they kept sending photo of supposed delivery and it was not my home they refuse to help in any way
They are thieves and liars do not waste your money

If you wish to be extremely disappointed, then do as I did and purchase from this company. The discrepancy in what they advertise you are purchasing versus what they deliver is a crime and authorities should fine and shut this company down! Save yourself the time and headache & steer well clear of Stycove.

The item sent looks nothing like the item advertised. This company is a complete scam. It cost more to return the item than it is worth to get the refund.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this company, but thought I'd give it a try. False advertising or more like misleading, offering something and sending something completely different. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise. STEER CLEAR

Do Not order from this company The merchandise is junk and not what they advertised. I tried for a refund and they wanted photos which I sent three times!
They finally offered a refund if I returned item. Checked on shipping g cost which wad just as much if not more than what Ii paid. Stay away from them. Big

I would give it a zero if I could. I was sent something I did not order & then when I wanted a refund of my $50 they only wanted to give me $5. I declined that & then they went up to $12, I declined that as well & wanted a full refund & then send back the useless product they sent me. They said that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. Yep!! They got me because shipping to China was way more than what my refund would be. I would not order anything from here if I was you!!!

PLEASE STOP AUTHORIZING THIS VENDOR IN THE UNITED STATES. ENOUGH WITH MEDIA SALES THAT PROMISSED 100% SATISFACTION AND LATER THEY JUST OFFER 10% OF THE COST AS GOOD FAITH.

I ordered the portable AC unit, after disc. I paid $93.00, together with their Shipping Protection for an additional $3.99. + applicable taxes.
The unit was sent to me on a slow boat from China.
When I received the package, it showed visible damage from being dropped on one end. I opened the package and in turn the inside package box, it also showed identical damage. I opened the box and sure enough the plastic casing was cracked at the same end. Another thing, the unit was about 1/2 the size that it shows in their ad. I plugged the unit in, the heater mode worked ok, the AC mode barely blew any cool air. Neither was enough to service my bathroom, let alone my garage which I intended it for.
After I searched and found I ordered it thru the Shop App. I printed out the receipt, I took photos of the damage on all 3 areas. I emailed all of these to the Stycove.com email address. Their reply was an apology with a lame excuse on the shipping, a $16 peace offering and to let me know I could keep and use the unit. I immediately wrote back that this was not acceptable and requested a full refund and prepaid shipping label. They wrote back with a $32 peace offering, and again keep and the use unit.
After more emails back and forth, I finally agreed upon $32 refund, once they let me know how and when I will receive it. With the cost of return shipping, I just determined I would cut my losses and be done with it. So, after a whole month of dealing with them, I'm still not totally done. I'm throwing the unit in the trash once I receive my return funds.

Ordered several of the little projectors that are supposed to project a beautiful moving picture on the whole ceiling. What I got was something that projects a small blurry stationary picture. Not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted them about it they finally offered to give me $16 back. I spent way more than that for these things intending to give them as gifts. When I tried to reply to their email, it won't go through. Just says the address is not found, even though it's the email I used to contact them.
Definitely a scam company

Stay well clear of this company. They advertised a home projector that illuminates moving images on your ceiling and walls but when it arrived it only displayed a still small image that looks nothing like what I saw on Facebook. Including postage and packing I paid £35.00 for something I could have purchased for £2.00. Facebook should be ashamed for dealing with crooks like this. Save your money and save yourself from being very disappointed. I would give them a zero score if this was an option.
