We had someone come over to do two maintenance jobs and completed over 5 for us! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that all of our issues were fixed appropriately. This awesome guy is called Mike H, he has a lovely demeanour and such a friendly personality! We felt completely at ease with this member of staff and were so happy with how he completed each task. Thankyou Mike!

Process was smooth, I was travelling to work so didn't have enough time for viewing and all that. Excellent and self explanatory guidance. Erica made life easier for me.

One of the worst experiences I had in onboarding, I told them 10 times that I am working professionally and every time they ask me for student documents. I dont understand why would a work professional with decent income needs a guarantor. And the end they send me link to attach the guarantor bank details for direct debit. Have to call them repeatedly for update on next step of application. I scared to move 🙏🏻

We had to BEG for a new fridge for 2+ months when it was completely not working. Countless emails and phone calls to literally no avail they genuinely just did not care. We had to eat only pantry food for 2+ months and I also got severe food poisoning it was horrific. Unfortunately this is just one of the serious issues we had while living in a mouldy Student Cribs home.

Lovely living space and kitchen area with plenty of storage. Very exciting to be living here!

Had some hiccups on the first move in due to the state of the prior resident.

But maintenance got it sorted as quick as possible and I couldnt be happier with the house.

Staff was very friendly and talked through the job about what they were doing whilst I was in the room with them, and even handled another request I had put in then and there.

Out of student landlords probably one of the better ones. Moving in was done well. And maintenance requests (once chased up) get done. However. The house was left a complete state. Everything we have had to contact them. No code for your door.

Having recently moved in, the team were extremely efficient and accommodating. We felt immediately at home and the maintenance workers were extremely helpful.

I lived in a student crib house from July 2025-july2026, it was a terrible living experience. When we moved in the house was no where near as clean as it should be, it smelled like dampness everywhere and just overall run-down. All 6 of the bedrooms had a mould problem, my room specifically was the worst, I had to throw away multiple pairs of shoes and bags as they were covered in green and black mould. Student Cribs offered to pay for them to be dry cleaned and they never got back to me. Instead of actually fixing the mould problem they just sent maintenance to paint over it. Which of course did not stop it from coming back. The house was meant to be painted before we moved in which was not completed also. It would take the company sometimes a month to come and fix any maintenance we reported. Overall I would never chose to live in a student cribs house again.

Just a generally decent company to get a student house.
