The skills you learn from s@c is second to none. You will be above most trainers in the gym and out.
Personally I love having a edge that can't be matched by most. Having the knowledge To train athletes aswell as general population is key.

Just completed my level 4 strength and conditioning course. The online elements were easy to navigate and very informative. The videos provided were clear and very helpful. I attended a practical assessment day and the tutor Chris was excellent. Highly recommend using these guys and I will definitely come back to do another course

L4 S&C Certificate - I really enjoyed the mixed delivery aspect of this course, that I could do the core learning at home and then go to the workshop weekend to consolidate my learning through practical application.

Being able to learn at my own speed really suited my needs as I didn't have specific times or periods to regularly dedicate to study. This meant that there was no pressure if studying had to take a back seat for a few weeks when work or life got busy, but SCE would drop me a timely email to offer support if I hadn't logged in for a while, which really helped me get back on task.

The content of the course is a great next step for any L3 PT looking to learn about S&C giving a deeper look into some of the aspects covered in the PT course and then getting you to apply these in the case study and practical assessments.

It's not just a paper exercise, you need to do the work and SCE will support you to do this so that you come out of this course a better coach ready to deliver S&C training to your clients better than you could beforehand.

Chris, who delivers the in-person coaching and assessing is so knowledgeable and approachable. He really made the difference to what I took away from the course, make sure you sign up to do these as part of the course as they really do make a difference compared to online-only learning.

I really felt like I learnt a lot on this course. The structure of the course is great and the tutors are excellent and supportive! It's work intensive, and you really have to commit to it, but it's all worth it when you get to the end and see everything that you have achieved.

A well structured Course that enabled me to develop the skills, knowledge and most importantly confidence in taking an athlete through their journey of strengthening and conditioning their body to help them to reduce chances of injury and improve performance in their chosen sport.

The course covers science and theory as well as providing you with tools to assess functional movement - the face to face workshops enable you to learn from other students on the course as well as highly skilled, professional tutors.

The combination of E-learning alongside face to face workshops allowed me to learn at my own pace.

The Course is a great addition to my current skill set of Sports Massage Therapy and Teaching Yoga.

No doubt in my mind that every PT should do their level 4 in S&C. S&C Education have put together a first class learning platform that’s easy to use and full of knowledge from the best in the UK. Great customer service and the in person experience is 10/10. Strongly recommend

I found the learning material was to a high standard also the videos were easy to follow on the criteria.
You have to do a case study for the course which is a good idea as then you have already got experience in training someone.
The tutors were helpful and easily available if I needed them if I had questions about things.
I thought that it was a good course, but it might take you a bit longer than advertised to finish it but overall I can't really complain.

The S/C L4 course is very informative and very user friendly. The tutors were very helpful and easy to reach out. It is the best step you can do if you want to start your journey to the S/C world.

The coaching information and the modules where all great and very good for to build up your coaching knowledge. I will be doing more with Strength & conditioning education also looking to start my online coaching business. Working with powerlifting and other sports and Athletes.

I would highly recommend S and C education, their customer service is excellent, if I ever needed assistance with my coursework or technical support someone would be back to assist me in no time at all.

I have just completed my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Award, and I can honestly say that this has been one of my favourite educational courses that I have completed. The learning materials are very detailed, making it easy for me to level up my knowledge base. The assessment structure was very well-rounded, nicely mixing exams, case studies, and practicals. I would definitely recommend this course.

I've really enjoyed my studying with S&C education. They were really helpful in breaking down the theory and properly guiding my way through the course, there was always extra support from an online tutor if needed. And I really enjoyed the weekend workshop which helped me pass my practical assessment!

Best course I've ever done.
From start to finish the content was brilliant and I felt I had the tools I needed to navigate the course towards completion. I usually complete a course to feel a little lost and 'what now?', but the elements in the course set you up to plan ahead while you're still studying and require you to work with athletes to develop your skills as a coach before doing so professionally. Lots of 'out of your comfort zone' moments and as a result, a much better prepared coach upon graduation. Loved. This. Course.

It’s unfortunate I’m having to leave this review as I have given the company many chances to resolve this.

I purchased a course for £799, but have never logged in to it or used anything at all. I suffered an injury in the year that has stopped a planned return to the industry. I advised them of this and was told that as this is outside of their normal t&c’s they would need a doctors letter. I then provided this from my doctor recommending that I don’t complete the course.

Since then, they have still refused a refund referring to their t&c’s, having previously had emails from them stating this was outside of their t&c’s.

Their response was that because my doctor hasn’t specifically said I can never be physically active again, I might be able to complete the course at some point in my life. I’m sorry, but they asked for confirmation from my doctor, this was done, then referred to t&c’s that they said themselves don’t apply here and are point blank refusing to refund.

Apparently my only option is to appeal this and their board of directors will review it within 8 weeks. Not once in my life have I had to refer a complaint to the board of directors…..considering there is only one director of the company I find this strange.

Please please please do not book anything with this company. Especially if an injury could potentially happen to you at some point in your life. You’ll get excuses and nothing else.

Now my only option is to get a ccj against the company, which although time consuming, will be done swiftly.

I’m sure they will reply with an excuse, but luckily I have all the emails that will be uploaded if they come back with excuses.

Excellent certification, good support from tutors and engaging in person workshops

The support personally received isn't great and not very knowledgeable when i stressed how dyslexic I was the guaranteed me I would be fine, unfortunately this wasn't the case
