I spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who I think was called Ava and she was very happy to provide me with all the information I wanted on a certain property I took an interest to. Well spoken, aware of my situation and requirements, and was able to guide me through the pros and cons of the property for me, which is a nice change from other estate agents who try too hard to push sales. I do hope to deal with her again when the time comes.

Recently being able to look into getting onto the housing ladder, I wanted to go through some options in terms of properties I liked the look of. Aibha was super helpful throughout the entire process and helped narrow down my options and gave me great information on the properties on offer. Very polite, informative, and would never push me into making decisions if I was not comfortable. Great customer service!

Kacey was so sweet and I really enjoyed my Viewing even though I did not take the place because the bedrooms were small. but I really enjoyed the interaction and her attention to details

I recently visited the Streets Ahead office and had the pleasure of dealing with Aidan Naude. One of the first things we noticed was how attentively he listened to everything we said. He took notes throughout and followed up with thoughtful questions that were directly relevant to our conversation.

I was very undeceive to what I wanted, all I had was my budget, and a goal.
The croydon branch was extremely helpful, especially kacey. She showed me round properties within my budget. During the process she ensured I was kept up to date, I had options and thought-out the process I was happy. Recommend to anyone, the Croydon branch and Kacey!

Gave up after the fourth or fifth page of the form giving them info just to ask about viewing a house. I was only going to view as I was seeing some others in the area and might have been worth a look

Kacey was extremely helpful throughout the viewing process. She was very informative, professional, and polite at all times, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly.
