I am a neighbour of a property managed by Streets Ahead. There has been an ongoing bedbug infestation at the neighbours property since at least February which is spreading into my home. I have had to pay out of pocket to have my home treated despite the fact that legal advice I've sought states that the landlord is responsible for the fact bedbugs are entering my home, and that this constitutes negligent damage. I have continuously raised this issue to streets ahead and the issue is still not resolved, and streets ahead are unwilling to pay for my trestment. The tenants of the property are likely spreading bedbugs throughout the community.

I have raised the issue with the Property Ombudsman and am hoping for a response.

We have been working with Haraan at Streets Ahead on the purchase of a property, and the process so far has been great. He's been very receptive, fast, and really considerate throughout. He stayed late so we could have a second viewing at very late notice, which allowed us to make the decision to put an offer in, and the whole experience has been really easy and smooth.

Streets Ahead is negatively impacting a family with vulnerable children by refusing to return a deposit fee after we failed our renting checks. They’ve stopped answering emails and phone calls which has lead to me making formal complaints with the appropriate authorities. They’ve stopped answering are acting unethically and illegally. Do not recommend.
