I recently had my windows and doors replaced by Strathclyde Window and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process easy.
The installation was done to a very high standard, and the quality of the windows and doors is excellent. You can really notice the difference straight away, both in appearance and insulation.
The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Great attention to detail and workmanship throughout.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service!

Refreshing honesty from both Gordon & Allan in an industry infamous for it’s hard sell.

When discussing options we were actually recommended an option which cost us less, which in my opinion, showcased just how much honesty and doing the right thing for the customer is at the centre of what they do.

The product itself (5 windows and a new front door) is of the highest quality and what a difference we have been feeling in our home almost immediately.

Fitters were timeous, professional and left our house looking as if no one had ever been in it - immaculate!

From telephone call with Gordon, home visit from Alan (no hard sell) and installation by Scott, William and Ryan it was a seamless process.
Gordon got us a very competitive price for 7 windows, front door and patio doors. Alan talked me through our options and as I said there was no hard sell.
When it came to the fitting of windows the appointment was made for my convenience. The boys turned up on time ,made a plan on where to start and got on with it. All 3 where a pleasure to have in the house and they worked hard. The house was left tidy
Even though the house is rendered they managed to remove the windows and doors without any coming off. Which I was delighted with.
All rubbish was removed at the end of the second day
We are absolutely delighted with all the work and our new windows

I contacted a few companies for 2 windows on my 3rd floor appartment in Glasgow city center and I got the best quote from Strathclyde Windows. Some companies were even complicating the matters for it being the third floor but everything was straightforward with Strathclyde Windows. Alan came on time and took the measurements, and the actual fitters (great guys) did the job spotlessly - nicely and professionally finished. Can't fault it, will highly recommend.

No sales gimmicks, fair pricing, good communication, great products - easy decision. Really straightforward to get booked in, the team who came out to install were brilliant and very tidy, and afterwards the guys have been great at checking in and making sure we're 100% happy. The windows are great, team are great and process was super easy for us.

We have recently had eight windows fitted by Strathclyde Windows and are delighted with them. From start to finish everything went according to plan. Alan came first and he explained the process very well and as discussed the fitters Scott and William arrived when expected and did a great job. Recently had new triple glazed windows fitted in the house - from the minute we called it has been a great experience. Excellent communication throughout and an excellent experience with Scott and William who fitted the windows; house left as they found it and no damage whatsoever. Would highly recommend the company for new windows; we contacted 3 different companies for quotes and glad we chose Strathclyde.

Just as advertised - no messing about. Alan turned up at the appointed time to quote for 3 large windows in a common stairwell. His price was the best of several quotes. His guys started erecting scaffolding as agreed and Scott and William finished installing the windows and facia boards in two days. They left the stairwell clean and tidy.

I was really pleased with the job Strathclyde Windows performed as they replaced the windows and doors in my 2 storey house, the men Iain and Alex working really well, and having the task completed within 2 days

I’ve just had Strathclyde windows install our very large living room windows, porch area windows and door, and our dining room window. They have completed a first class job, delivered and installed when we asked for. They took 2 days to complete the installation and left everything tidy after completion. We are very happy with our windows and with our dealings with Gordon and Alan with the management of the job, and with Peter and Lee who completed the work. There were no hard sales tactics, just honest and knowledgeable information about our requirements. I've been living with my new windows for a little over a month now. From first contact, right through to the installation, the whole process was made easy by the company's no nonsense approach and good communication. Even when an issue came to light after fitting, the company acknowledged and remedied the error. No fuss, no issue.
Special mention for the team who fitted the windows, for the high standard of finish, accompanied by no mess.
All in all,, delighted with the process and the product.

Great service from all involved , communications were helpful and all scheduled times were honoured , the two installers involved in these works , Scott and William worked away very efficiently , especially as at this time of the year Dec 2025 the weather conditions have been challenging with high prolonged winds and heavy rain , We basically handed over the existing keys to the property to Scott and William and they ` got on with the job ` ,they kept us informed of the progress on a regular basis ,and left the property in a nice clean condition with minimal damage , All in all a good job , the team get a thumbs up from us .

Great service from start to end. Constant communication over the phone through the process. On the initial home visit I never felt I was being upsold and ended up getting less windows done than anticipated due to the honesty of Alan.

Couldn’t even get a quote out of this company. Most companies come out, look at what you need doing and give you a quote. I got a completely pointless phone call from Elaine who was nice enough but said I needed to speak to Gordon. Missed his call then couldn’t get in touch with him as he was ‘in meetings all day’ finally spoke to him and got a sales pitch telling me to watch videos and read reviews (I’d already done that, that’s why I contacted them?!) and asked about other companies I’d had quotes from so he could tell me why they were awful instead of what his company could do for me. He then asked to send him pics of my windows and then he can quote me and then Alan can come out and show me a sample. What a carry on. Took pics and text them to him. Then he asked me to send them over whatsapp(!). This is DAYS after I first reached out. I’m now about 10 days after I first requested a quote and Gordon is now saying my pics look like 5 windows not 3 which is ridiculous (even if they were counting the top and bottom panes of my tenement bay windows it would be 6, he’s plucking 5 from thin air). If someone had just come out and looked at the blooming windows they could’ve quoted me there and then. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I recently had five windows replaced by Strathclyde Windows and have been extremely satisfied with the whole process. All members of the team are very professional. There was no pressurised sales from the owners Gordon and Allan. The installation was completed very efficiently by Scott and William. They left my rooms, including the common areas, in excellent order. I will definitely use Strathclyde Windows to replace my remaining windows and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a professional, efficient and reasonably priced company to complete their work.

From the initial contact to finish there was no hard sell, they worked with me. I took my time deciding and actually they were my second choice, my first went bust! However very happy I went with Strathclyde as the windows are fantastic, the old ones were well passed the use by date. Consultation was excellent and took my wants into consideration and did not try to sell extras. The fitters were lovely, personable but professional, they worked hard and got all my windows fitted in 3 days. Gordon looks after his workers and it shows, will use his services again if I need to!

This company which is led by Gordon and Alan were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I chose them based on reading other positive reviews and was not disappointed. They got in touch straight away and arranged a visit out which was convenient with their samples and to give a quote. They were were very friendly and approachable and happy to answer any questions. They were upfront and honest and did not push a hard sell like other companies would. The price was very reasonable and also made clear the timescales for installation. They kept in touch throughout the whole process and also installed the windows ahead of the planned schedule. Their fitters came out first to take measurements and on day of the fitting arrived at a prompt time and were curteous, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
