The product is of good quality, very heavy and looks great. We cannot comment further as the stove is not fitted yet due to building work to accommodate it. Can’t wait!

Ordering and delivery were absolutely fine.
Issue I had was that the stove arrived with a scratch on the top, which I didnt notice as the people installing it had unpacked it. I wrote to stove world asking if they would send me a stratch repair spray. They offered to sell me one but as the stove was brand new I thought they should supply it as an act of good faith. I never heard back from them.

Biothenal, but proper stoves
took ages deciding on a Biothenal stove, lots were quite light in weight but the 2 I bought were over 40 kgs, so were not be going anywhere in a hurry, delivery was only a couple of days and courier put the pallet where was best for me
