Excellent Service

Stovax /Gazco engineer Kenny was absolutely brilliant. After having three other engineers out to look at my gas fire Kenny was the only one who instantly knew what the problem was and had it working after 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Out of warranty repair

Derek Thomas came to service and mend our gas fire. It’s an old model ( 2009) and he advised us to update our carbon monoxide monitors and the best place to position them. He also showed us how to use the remote control . A great professional service from a friendly engineer. Thank you

Great warranty support

My stove needed attention under the warranty.There were no issues in sorting things out.
The engineer that came (Derek) ordered and replaced the part (door).He was smart, respectful and worked very hard to ensure everything was right before he left.
I was kept fully informed of the process along the way.
I am so glad I chose Stovax as I am delighted with the stove and the service

Support service excellency

Whilst it took me a little time to find the 'official' Stovax website, once I did, the support I received from the agent who answered my call (Stephen Lomas) was the most efficient, patient and incredibly clear and precise in talking me through the online 'spare parts' ordering process. In fact, I would go as far as to say, he has been the most professional and helpful support agent I have had occasion to call upon. An excellent ambassador for Stovax. Thank you Stephen.

Gazco fire fixed!

A lovely Gazco engineer called John came to fix our fire today and I'm over the moon. He was polite, friendly and meticulous in his tidyness. He explained what he was doing (which to be honest went over my head!) but checked everything and found the problem 'the thermocouple'and fixed it quickly. Delighted it's all sorted.

Good job, quick, clean and tidy.

Our Futura 5 had developed a fault were we couldn't use the riddle function. The engineer Jon Thompson fixed it relatively quickly when he identified that the pin on the handle/rod connection needed to be replaced. He was also kind enough to provide some info on running and cleaning the stove while he was doing his work. Overall very happy with the only negative being the 2 week wait for the appointment.

Occasionally an appliance can overtime and with use develop a fault, which is why we are always happy to help resolve the issue.

Our engineers not only have an in-depth knowledge of our fires and stoves, can fault diagnose quickly and efficiently, with a van full of stock they can usually fix the issue straight away. Leaving you with a stove working as good as new.

Engineer Derek Thomas attended our house today to repair our gas fire. He was knowledgeable and explained what was causing the issue. Clean & Tidy, and repair appears to be working fine.

Our second Stovax Riva 40

Just had a Stovax Riva 40 fitted by The Tidy Sweep and we are now enjoying this. This is the second Stovax Riva we have had fitted and is also our best experience of a fitting. We would definitely recommend both the fire and The Tidy Sweep as a fitter.

Amazingly efficiency, advanced safety features and great appearance.

This new fireplace delivers over 90% more heat back to the room than our old unit, it's amazingly efficient. The childproof control features are something we hadn't seen before, again, that provided us further piece of mind. Last, but not least, it's a great appearance and really cosy when you need a flame.

Super smart and fingertip controllable

We recently purchased and installed a Chesterfield 5 gas stove. – Best decision we’ve made in a VERY long time. The look of it is super-smart, the controllability via the remote is excellent – literally Finger tip control from the arm-chair – from Ignition thru to adjusting Up/Down and On/Off – all at the touch of a button – could not have wished for better.
100% recommended!

Excellent Customer Service from Reza

Reza called today because our fire was failing to light properly. He sorted the problem swiftly, and checked over everything. He was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain how the fire operates and efficient use the controls. He left everything very tidy and us with a smile on our faces.

Magic experience

Ordered online on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Friday. Excellent service, and super price. Rang to ask which day I would like it delivered and the delivery guy was also superb, helped me get it into my bungalow as I am 80 and couldn’t quite manage it myself. Overall, a brilliant experience and very happy with an excellent fire. Bought from Simply Stoves High Street Southminster.

A beautiful fire

From seeing the Stockton 5 to its delivery and installation, we could not have been happier. The service we received was superb and the fire itself is gorgeous. It has a very realistic flame, is trouble free in terms of maintenance and has garnered numerous positive comments from those who have seen it. I would definitely recommend it: for its mindfulness qualities as much as the aesthetically pleasing looks. A fire makes a house a home in my opinion and if you are unable to have a real fire, this really is to be recommended.

Excellent service

Apart from a glitch in arranging a visit due to a change in email address . No repair can be carried out unless you respond to the email. A phone call if there is no response? Once that was sorted out repair was arranged within a week. The engineers who attended were extremely pleasant, professional and did a great job. Mark and ? . Fire has begin working brilliantly since then.

To do this sometimes we have to ask our customers for additional information so that we can make sure that the correct parts are on our engineer’s van, ready for the visit.

Unfortunately, as we had the incorrect email for you, it appears you didn’t receive our request for more information which delayed the processing of your service. However, once it was realised, we did prioritise you for a visit and our engineer was out within a week.

It is great that once our engineers were on site they were able to resolve your issue, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fire.

My gas fire needed repairing

My gas fire needed repairing - very easy to make an appointment. The engineer Reza called me 30 mins before he arrived. Reza was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He also showed me how to switch off the gas if needed and went over a few safety checks and also showed me how to use the fire more efficiently which was really useful. Excellent friendly service.
