Ordered the green tea mask, first of it took ages to come, second of all should be done for falls advertising!!! Its crappie, doesn't do nothing that was advertised!!! Never order again!!! 😡🤬

Ordered a product a month ago and not received it. Sent email to order at storeigo and support at storeigo, both bounced back. They are very quick to take your money and have no customer service. There is no way to track your order, its a waiting game. Will never use them ever again. BE CAREFUL, FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

This is a great scam...lost my money and never received the product.

I had a severe allergic reaction to this and I have no allergies. My face puffed up and I had hives fir three days!!!

As a chinese, i have to tell you its one of those fake beauty product scams. They sell those mask sticks and try to fool you with fake advertisement, that this stick can erase every pimple on your face in minutes(via photoshop app). Dont let them fool you, they become rich because they take advantage of your personal problems.

AMAZON is charging $15.99 for 2 sticks and they charged me $47 FOR GARBAGE.

I order the green tea mask when i found out the order was coming from china i tried to cancel it .
But no response. When i emailed then about there return policy well still waitig on an answer 2 months now very bad company bad product and unsafe as well

do not order from this company, they are in singapore. I have been waiting for a month for my order, they just say it was shipped to the U.S.

This company is a scam. Took my money and never sent item. Their ad on Facebook said 50% off. I was charged full price . Sent them 6 emails with no response. Do not order from this Singapore based company, they are fraudulent .

Ordered 2 5ft. Musical nutcrackers. Received 2-6 inch Dollartree nutcracker ornaments. Unbelievable!!

Ordered some crappy green tea mask and never received it
When confronted support team they told my parcel it’s still in transit — 7 months now :)
Still trying to get my money back
Never ever order anything from them again
And considering legal action
Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook

This miracle green mask that’s not work this it’s miss advertisements your showing fake results I show must people tried them they did not see any differents I even show it your products it’s fake you should not sell them anymore your company taking money too people buying them they take that’s work but it they try it they not going too see any difference

This company will take your money, not send you the product, then make you fight to get your money back.

I order an item in june from one of the ads on Facebook. in august I sent an email asking where my item was at after confirming they had my correct address. which they did. but in the same email they told my the item was at the post office because of a bad address.

Post office never had the item.

its now september and I am still trying to get my money back.

Beware of this company. I ordered a bra from them that was advertised on Facebook. Not only did it take 5 weeks to receive it was the worst bra ever made.
I told pay pal and they refunded my money.. thank you Pay Pal!

I orded several items from an ad on Instagram. I got a confirmation of order & then got tracking information, this went on for 4 weeks. Product never arrived, I disputed the payment with PayPal & was refunded my money within 48 Hours. I pay for everything by PayPal when I can as they are brilliant to work with.
